more likely to decline production wise:

ray allen or paul pierce-Pierce. Allen is pretty much just a quick shoot guy who comes off screens. But pierce really relies on taking guys off the dribble and age will effect that. I do believe pierce is still better.

kevin garnett or tim duncan-garnett. Close, but duncan is gonna rest a lot and like his "big fundamental’ nickname implies, he can still rely on god old fundamentals of the game. KG has always been a guy who uses his athleticism and it is clearly in decline.

tracy mcgrady or vince carter-honestly, how do you answer this? What would be considered decline for TMac? The last 2 seasons he has played a combined 65 games and shot under 39% both seasons. He would have to damn near retire to go backwards so i guess vince is the one i pick to decline.

marcus camby or kenyon martin-Camby. I just have this vision of KMart really picking up his game so he could sign one more decent contract next summer. Hard to say though.

amare stoudemire or steve nash-Nash. I can see amare playing better in NY. I cant imagine nash playing better then he did a year ago.

lebron or wade-Depends on how you look at it. I think lebron declines more stats wise but i still believe he is better and more important for miami. So i guess i answer lebron is more likely to decline based strictly on stats and not actual abilities.

al jefferson or carlos boozer-jefferson. We still have to see how jefferson fits in utah and how he clicks with DWill. Also he has a very good backup in millsap trying to steal minutes. Boozer should only benefit from playing with rose and having noah doing the dirty work down low.

brandon jennings or steph curry-obviously you have to be crazy to think either guy "declines". But if I had to pick one to take less of a step forward, I would pick Curry. I just think jennings has the swagger and mentality to take charge while curry might be a little more likely to accept trying to fit in with a system.

gerald wallace or josh smith-wallace. Smith is flat out getting better. Wallace at this point of his career has probably accpeted who he is and what his role is and proabbaly wont make too many more strides forward.

will put up excellent nunbers in the jazz offense. Look for Big Al to be first team NBA.
Pierce will be twice the player as allen. I see allen scoring dropping dramitically!
Martin will never be the same. Camby will always be a defense guy.
Duncan still an all star, garnett career slightly fading.
