McWinningParticipantKleiza has been super quiet.
Diw still fat as ever.
Manhini has played GREAt defense, and i think deserves some playing time.
Batum is having a good game, made a couple threes, and is being more aggressive, and facilitating for the offense.
Overall France cam ready to play, Lithuania looks terrible.

ghettosermonParticipantYup I’ve always said that if Batum develops into a go to scorer for France and becomes more assertive they are dangerous. They have the defense and athleticism but they have always lacked offensive flow and consistent offensive outlets. If Batum can put up near 20 points a game consistently France is a potential medal threat.

ghettosermonParticipantWith how good France has played in this tournament imagine them in 2012 with Tony Parker, Roddy Beaubois, Joakim Noah, Mickael Pietrus, and Johan Petro. Not to mention possibly Diawara and Turiaf and maybe if Seraphin and Ajinca develop. Imagine this depth chart, pretty damn good:
PG: Tony Parker/Roddy Beaubois
SG: Nicholas Batum/Nando De Colo
SF: Mickael Pietrus/Mickael Gelabale
PF: Boris Diaw/Ronny Turiaf/Kevin Seraphin
C: Joakim Noah/Johan Petro/Ali Traore or Ian Mahinmi0 - Posted on: Wed, 09/01/2010 - 9:25am #391891

ghettosermonParticipantKleiza is warming up, looks like Lithuania might run away with this game.

ghettosermonParticipantNice to see Edwin Jackson in there. Probably not ready yet for this level but IMO he’s one of the most underrated draft prospects for 2011. I see Monta Ellis type potential in him.
