SubZeroParticipantI just recently ordered it but haven’t tried it. Anyone on here done this, or any other internet jump training? Which ones actually work?

R-Dot-13ParticipantI have it, i did it for a couple weeks and it increased my verticle by a few inches until i injured my ankle playin pickup basketball.
If you stick with it a few months it s supposed to be the best program out there

SubZeroParticipantAlright cool, thanks man. I’ve been doing P90x plyo every Wednesday for a few weeks but I needed to do something in between. My strength, leaping and quickness are really the only things holding me back

PureshooterParticipantI used jump soles for a while and I try to do P90X when I can, but I can’t get into the routine. My left knee is totally shot, so there is only so much I can do anyway.

ZhiemaParticipantIt’s a very good program. I highly recommend it. My brother is in junior league and gained about 2 inches in his jump after the program. Really, really good.
