Bryant24ParticipantIf 2009 draft was did over will Blake Griffin still be the number 1 pick? Would Darren Collison be a lottery pick? Would Hasheem Thabeet be a late first round pick? Who would get selected #1?

Demarcus OnealParticipantThabeet would have gone undrafted, Blake Griffin would still be first pick since the Clippers still have Baron Davis, Eric Gordon

llperezthabeet would probably go late lottery like 10-15.
I do think tyreke would go second after blake, but you could flip that either way.
DC would go lottery as well.

PlatypusParticipanti could then see Memphis taking a point guard and then in ’10 going big
ie.
09 draft
Jennings, Curry or Collison
then 2nd round Budinger10 draft
Patterson and WhitesideDepth then
09 pick – Conley
Mayo – Allen
Gay – Budinger
Randolph – Patterson
Gasol – Whiteside0 - Posted on: Wed, 07/28/2010 - 4:17pm #364617

cuseflynn10ParticipantIf the 2009 NBA draft was redone than I still think Blake would go #1 overall due to his potential. Maybe Jennings would, but Blake will be great. Here’s the top 10 picks redone:
Clippers- Blake Griffin. Still has potential to be a superstar even after the injury.
Memphis- Brandon Jennings. Toss up between Jennings and Evans. I’d say Jennings since he’s a PG.
OKC- Tyreke Evans. Evans to OKC would be amazing. Harden’s not bad, but Evans really, really good.
Sacramento- Stephen Curry. Another great guard in this draft. Curry/Evans both work.
Minnesota- Darren Collison. 12 PPG behind Paul.
Minnesota- DeJuan Blair. Maybe a little high, but he’ll be a double double guy with more minutes.
Golden State- Wesley Matthews. I don’t know if Rubio would sign in GS so Matthews is the safer pick.
NYK- Ricky Rubio. He probably wouldn’t come over for any lottery team except the NYK.
Toronto- Jonny Flynn. 3rd best PG in a PG heavy draft.
Milwaukee- James Harden. He hasn’t played up to his potential, but I expect him to bounce back.0 - Posted on: Wed, 07/28/2010 - 4:18pm #364618

llperezjrue holiday would be ahead of a few those guys. He’ll be better then flyn, mathews and blair, probably harden and rubio as well

the I in winParticipantEvans to OKC wouldn’t be that good, I don’t think him and Westbrook can play together.

R-Dot-13ParticipantCurry would go to OKC, he’d fit much much better than Evans

651TwolvesParticipantI think it would go like:
1) Griffin – Clippers
2) Tyreke – Memphis (already have good shooter in OJ, plus pg would be their greatest need)
3) Curry – OKC (good fit next to westbrook)
4) BJennings – Sac (too good to pass up, plus would need pg)
5) Rubio – Min (Kahn would wet himself to the thought of getting Rubio again)Darren Collison would forsure be a mid ottery pick, slightly higher than Jrue. only because he has proved more then Jrue up to now.
Thabeet would be a late lottery pick, solely because you cant teach height0 - AuthorPosts
