DraftDanteCunninghamParticipantAnybody like his chances for the next level?

good – strong build, smart guy (running the Princeton offense), pest on defense
bad – turnovers, inconsistent shot
he’s improved statistically each year at Georgetown. What does he need to show his senior season to get more NBA looks?

JNixonParticipantHe provides strength and toughness as a PG, and he can score and pass, and he’s a decent athlete. The thing with him is his shot is streaky and he’s not a pure PG really or a truly great passer. He’ll need to show that he can be a great playmaker next year and that he can make his jumpers at a better clip to increase his chances.

ghettosermonParticipantMy comparison would be a poor man’s Jameer Nelson. I do love the kid. He’s extremely gritty and has really taken strides as a PG since entering GTown. As for the poster above, I’m not sure about Austin Freeman’s chances on the NBA level. He’s a great defender and has become a flat out sharp shooter, but IMO his lack of athleticism will hurt him greatly. His lack of footspeed is so noticeable. When you factor in he’s short for a SG I think his game is more suited for overseas where he could really thrive. I am rooting for him though especially with the newly discovered diabetes.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantHe is about 5’10 and isn’t that quick, so he won’t cut it defensively in the NBA. He’ll have to improve his shooting from the perimeter this year to have a chance of getting drafted. I think he’ll be like an in shape Levance Fields, which means he should do really well in Russia.

Demarcus OnealParticipantHe willl be second round at best due to his size but he is a good player and will have to step up for Georgetown to compete this year

dipt1982ParticipantHe will have to work hard to improve his quickness to have a real shot in the NBA, but he has the intangibles to have a shot at it. He also needs to work on being a true PG, he seems to have a shoot first mentality, and for his size, that just won’t cut it. If he can improve his passing and get a little quicker, he has the talent to get a look…
