SteroidParticipantI’m sure there some organizations that feel ill will towards the Heat after this whole ordeal during FA. Some teams have been planning years in advance just to get one of these guys, but hardly any got any consolation prizes. Well some did, but aren’t even worth mentioning (Travis Outlaw, Lol).. The only team that has truly gotten better as a contender is the Bulls. NY got Amar’e but honestly, Amar’e needs a sidekick. Do you think some organizations will boycott the Heat because of this? I know most GMs are looking at the business standpoint of everything, but I’m sure no one actually wants to help them out even more.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantMiami have no trade assets unless its Chalmers or a sign & trade deal for Haslem or a draft pick in the year 3015..
But you cant blame Pat Riley for making all the right moves to be able to get those guys..
I guarantee you that ABC will want to broadcast the Heat’s opening night game on primetime..0 - Posted on: Sun, 07/11/2010 - 7:14pm #352340

Meditated StatesParticipantMiami needs shooting and defense. Bosh has been shut down by Garnett throughout his career, and Dwight will destroy their front line as is. C’s must replace Tony Allen, but with Bradley, and Rondo they are still strong in the back court defensively. Clog the middle stay home on Miller, and Miami is good, but not ready yet.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantTeams will act in their own best interest. Cleveland and Toronto took Miami’s picks and trade exceptions. Minnesota happily took Michael Beasley for a second round pick. The Heat are going to be a really good team, but don’t get carried away with teams being petty and fatalistic about what has happened.

billykParticipantIts not as simple as just clogging the middle and staying home with Miller…
