RUDEBOY_ParticipantWith Amare gone..Phoenix arent going anywhere with the cast they have..The Suns will still be fun to watch..But they’ll struggle to make the playoffs..Several young up & coming teams like the TrailBlazers,Thunder,Grizzlies,Clippers & Houston have added depth to their rosters.. And veteran laden teams like the Lakers,Nuggets,Mavs & Spurs arent ready to give up places as the top teams in the west..If Nash isnt traded he’s going to join a long list of great players that never won a ring…Barkley,Malone,Ewing,Dominique & Stockton…

bobbybParticipantNash knew there was a chance of Amare leavin. They have to make the best of it.

llperezOnly if nash wants to play for another team. If nash wants to stay, then i sure dont hesitate to oblige him on that

OhCanada-ParticipantNash isnt going to pull a Lebron…Trust me on this one the only way he leaves is if the Suns people are in his ear and convince him that its time to move on…Nash has to much faith and honour to leave his franchise like that…

torontoraptors10ParticipantDidn’t the Suns make the playoffs without Amare Stoudemire? Hopefully Nash can do it again and he’ll probably make Hakim Warrick look amazing. Plus the improvements of other players such as, Robin Lopez and Earl Clark. I still think the Suns can make noise, but it will be tough for them.

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantIf I was the Suns, I’d trade him. He has high value in the NBA and could push a team for a ring.
How about
Nash to Detroit for Rondey Stuckey, Ben Gordon, Austin Daye and a Future 1st round pick
The Suns get back talent that could fit that run and gun style. The Pistons get a ring leader who can set up the scorers.

PlatypusParticipantNash – Bynum (if back) – White
Hamilton – White
Prince – Summers – Jerebko
Jerebko – Charlie V – Maxiell
Monroe – Maxiell – Wilcoxwouldnt beat Chicago, Miami, Boston or Orlando

FDAPONash to the Pistons seems like the best fit…. Monroe should be involved
Maybe to the Nets for Devin Harris

JNixonParticipantIf they trade Nash, the Suns probably wouldn’t ask for a starting PG like Devin Harris or Rodney Stuckey back. They are grooming Dragic as their PG of the future.

FDAPOI agree… I look at Stuckey as more of a SG though…
It’s hard to think of a trade scenario that would work because he could get dealt in February if the Suns are clearly not contenders…..Lowering trade value.
I think if Stuckey and Monroe are offered the Suns can’t turn that down.

PlatypusParticipantinstead of Gordon they’d have to take Rip

PlatypusParticipantBen Gordon is best coming off the bench just like Barbosa and Rip can move to Small forward and if they trade Nash i could see Grant Hill being involved in the trade as well
