IndianaBasketballParticipantHe wasn’t even traded for peanuts. He was traded for plain old oxygen.

kanyedabestParticipanthate to say it cause kahn is sucj an idiot but this is a real sexy pickup for minny, i still think he can a 20+ scorer…..like dude scored 14.5 ppg last season and he only 21

NarcParticipantA lot of people write him off to me, but like you said he’s only 21. He’s got a lot of gas in that tank, and he’s got room to grow. I think before its all said and done he can be a middle class man’s Carmelo Anthony. I can see him topping out at 23-24 ppg. At this stage he’s already a better rebounder than Melo, Melo is just a better scorer.

MkadozaParticipantHe’s not a better rebounder than Carmelo at this stage, because PF are supposed to rebound and SF run the wings on the break. Look how Carmelo attacks the offensive glass. Maybe Beasley would have more sucess if he played SF like should. He has plenty of mismatch potential there, and like to play on the perimeter anyway. But do you think this shows that Minnesota believe Wes Johnson can spend some time at the two? Or do they think they can move Al Jefferson?
