Hypothetically speaking, IF the Heat gets LeBron, their line up obviously would be..

    Starting Linep:
    Chalmers
    Wade
    James
    Bosh
    Pittman (interchangeable/?)

    Bench:
    Beasley??
    Varnado
    Butler

The had some solid second round draft picks. Varnado will be a good defensive player, and Butler will be a solid role player whenever he gets healthy. Beasley is a ?.. What role players could you realistically see on the Heat.

They have to be over the cap to get the mle. And you can only go over for that if you go over resigning one of you’re own players. After getting bron they won’t be over so no MLE

    F – Joe Smith
    PG -Chucky Atkins
    FC – Kurt Thomas
    G – Anthony Morrow
    G – Eddie House

Morrow would likely be higher than the minimum but the rest are older guys who might see this as their one lost chance. Beasley is going to be dealt.

Resign Joel Anthony, Haslem with their Birds’ Rights and MLE for Mike Miller.

Like I said before, basketball is a 7 man rotation game. Sometimes 8.

I think that the Heat should get Gerald Green as their star bench player.

    Its fool proof.

    He is a proven stud…

I think they renounced hasleems rights. Not sure though. Haven’t heard anything about him resigning so I’m guessing that’s not a option. Everything I’ve heard and read us they will only be able to sign players for leauge min and one for vet min

they need to go after a.i. for their bench scoring. i still have faith in a.i. and i think he would be willing to sign the minimum to get a ring. he has a like a lifetime contract wit reebok so its not like he will be starving. i like the eddie house idea too. or go after jason williams i dont think he still with the magic. maybe keyon dooling since he got waived by the nets. i still think shaq will try and go to miami too and try to win a 5th ring. i bet he would drool at the possibility of going against the lakers in the finals

Miller will probably sign with the Heat. What’s the deal with Bosh, are they doing a sign and trade or is he signing straight up? A sign and trade could net them Calderon. They should sign Shaq and/or Brad Miller to minimum deals, too. I’d like to see them take a chance and get a high rsk guy such as Gerald Green, Joe Alexander or even Allen Iverson.

They tried making a four way trade that would’ve sent Beasley out of town in order to sign Mike Miller..
Jason Williams back in Miami maybe?
Brad Miller? Heck, he’d fit pretty darn good.
Call on Von Wafer? I doubt he’d be cheap..

Yeah, I’d love to see A.I. coming off the bench for Miami. I’m not suggesting that it would be a great idea, but interesting nonetheless. Anthony Johnson is a solid backup at the point, and Brad Miller would be a legit center coming off the bench.

I like playing the game so I will, but I am still of the belief that LeBron is staying in Cleveland.

PG: Chalmers, Shaun Livingston, Jannero Pargo
    SG: Wade, Damon Jones, Butler
SF: James, Ime Udoka, Steve Novak
    PF: Bosh, Josh Boone, Varnado
C: Theo Ratliff, Eddy Curry (after he is waived), Pittman

It depends on what the Raptors get

they should sign Shaq, Raja Bell, Livingston, Chalmers, Jason Williams, aka White Chocolate

trade Beasley for Gortat, Przybilla or Gortat

    Chalmers – Williams / Livingston
    Wade – Bell / Livingston
    LBJ – Butler / Livingston
    Bosh – Varnado
    trade center -Shaq / Pittman

At the end of a game
Wade – Bell – LBJ – Bosh – Shaq or traded center
