    I really think this year the Lakers shoud go after a couple of under rated young prospects in Shaun Livingston and Javaris Crittenton. Just think about it Livingston could be what Ron Harper was to the Bulls with more talent and we know Phil loves big points. And with Crittenton he could be a cheaper versoin of Shannon Brown and he knows the system because he’s been there before. These are 2 guys that came in the league with a lot of promise and still have talent. I really think Livingston could help the Lakers by being a true point if he just continues to gain confidence

    I think they should throw the MLE at everyone and see who responds. Although Tracy McGrady doesn’t fit a need you can’t say you don’t like LA’s chance more with him there.

    TMac would be a great pick up but I think those 2 young guys be better because they dont have an ego

    Tracy McGrady is DONE. He’s a role player at best at this point.

    thats all they need is role players they dont need anybody trying to be the man or even close to it plus harris makes too much money and the lakers would have to give up something to get him whereas all these other guys would come pretty cheap

    the only problem is Livingston cant knock down 3’s but that may change with Hodges as the shooting coach but he would have to knock them down consistently to fir in the Triangle

    I’d like to see them pick up Calderon and Wright from Toronto for whatever they’ll take although thats not likely…but it would be my dream trade for them.

    if they could pull that off i would be happy, then they should pick up reddick to replace sasha…anyone else think rafer alston would be good in that offense?
