Bobby_ZParticipantIf it’s true they’ll have Brewer, Webster, Johnson, Hayward and Bjelica at the 3. Of course some of them can play the 2 but still it’s pretty crowded on the wings. Maybe they will put one of them in the Al Jefferson trade that will surely happen.

kkczParticipantWebster and Brewer are sg, and Bjelica can play sg and pg

shangrilaParticipantBjelica will play power forward or, for comparisons sake, whatever Lamar Odom played for the Lakers last season. But I don’t think he’ll be playing anything other then SF or PF, if only because he won’t be able to guard anything else.

kkczParticipanti think that he’ll play about 15 min, enough for start

Raef LaFrentzParticipantIntriguing player. I’ll be keeping a close eye on what the Wolves do with their plethora of forwards.
Brewer stepped up last season and showed some much needed improvement in a few areas, most notably his jumpshot.
I hope Wes can give the Wolves the scoring that they have desperately needed from the SF position.
Webster can light it up when he is on, but I have a feeling that this underachieving wing will be a throw in on a trade including Big Al. (I’m still at odds as to why they gave up Gomes AND Babbit for him, but who knows. It IS David Kahn.)
Lazar Hayward reminds me a lot like Gomes or Jared Dudley. If he can play a role similar to that of Dudley’s on the Suns this year, I’ll be happy.

PlatypusParticipantwhat position is next?
09′ draft – Point Guards – Rubio, Flynn, Lawson (traded), signed Sessions
10′ draft – Small Forward – Wesley Johnson, Luke Babbitt traded for (Webster), Nemanja Bjelica, and Lazar Hayward
11′ draft – ????

hotshotschampParticipantHe has not signed anything with the wolves.
He and Kahn are meeting/talking later in the week, and most likely he will go back to europe for a year by all indications to work on his upper body and conditioning.
He won’t be in the nba next year.

kkczParticipantNemanja Bjelica will play for the Minnesota Timberwolves
According to his agent, Boris Tanjevic, Nemanja Bjelica won’t play in Europe next season, despite the rumors about his possible signing by Benetton Treviso. The Serbian 22-year-old forward from Red Star was drafted with the 35th overall pick by the Washington Wizards, and then traded to the Minnesota Tibmerwolves, where Bjelica expects to play next season.
