    If a picture isn’t blury, on my computer you can resize a photo and make it as big as you want I can make it bigger for you or if you need me to make something else bigger. My sister showed me how to do it because she is good with computers so now I know how to do it.

    If the picture is clear, then yes it will stay in good qualiy, but if it is a little blury and you make it big it will be blury.

    The picture has to be pretty good size before you make it big, if you try to make a thumbnail photo big it is crazy blury.
