    Kevin Prtichard has been fired by Paul Allen as GM of the Blazers.

    Allen informed Pritchard that Thursday would be his final day of work with the Blazers.

    Pritchard will be in charge of the draft as planned.

    I hope that moves BACKFIRE and Portland never wins a Title.

    If I was Pritchard.

    I would move a whole boatload of players and picks to move up to like the 4th pick and Draft Brian Zoubek.

    i think a close eye would be kept on pritchard but really why chance it? let the man walk and let someone you trust step up and draft. it doesnt make much sense to fire him today and at all. he turned that team around so well, they did go from young and promising to average team fast but the guy earned a chance to try and improve.

    I wanna know why they fired him though, hes been great for that team. His biggest mistake was probably Oden over Durant, but at the time it was the obvious choice…

    He’s done nothing but good since hes been there…
