The8thDeadlySinParticipantSince the Heat are trying to dump salaries that last longer than next year, why dont they talk to the Knicks about trading Beasley and Chalmers for Eddy Curry???
Curry could be a serviceable C playing off of Bosh and Wade.. It gives NY 2 young players to help them stay relevant after they strikeout with the FA class…

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantCurry is not a serviceable center playing off of LeBron, Gasol, Kobe, and Dwyane!
Why trade Chalmers who has some potential to be a good defender and a good PG in the league for trash?

brennenrundParticipantwhy in the world would the Heat make that trade; what has Curry showed at all, he’s a liability more so than Beasley will ever be, this would be great for New York but the Heat can definitely get something better for Beasley. I honestly don’t think Curry can be serviceable playing along side MJ or Kobe no one can make this guy better he just doesn’t care about the game.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantYea… This is obviously a joke.. All of these trade proposals are getting ridiculous.. Everyone has an idea and the right way to do something when they dont even know what is going on… Everyone needs to just calm down with the made up trade proposals.. Talk about them after they happen and not before..
Chill out yall…

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAtleast my trade of a sign and trade of Q-Rich, Heat 2011 1st rd pick, and Mike Beasley for Amar’e Stoudemire 2011 2nd rd pick made sense. That’s not a ridiculous trade at all! Lol

burningfloodParticipantThe idea is that the Heat are trying to get a player for Beasley who can be immediately waived and come off the salary cap; it’s difficult to explain the specifics, but players like Keyon Dooling or Ryan Gomes have contracts where if they are waved before a certain date, the team only has to pay for part of their salary (and the rest comes off the books). Curry is expiring at the end of this year, but they want to maximize their money for this summer…they couldn’t care less about the free agent class of 2011.

brennenrundParticipanthaha alright but, serviceable and Eddy Curry should never be used in a sentence together my man.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI know but some of yall are throwing out some crazy trades.. Just calm down.. Everything is going to happen in a few hours.. Chill out, watch the draft, and hope you win that PS3.. Then, after we know where players are going, I can deal with some trades.. Right now, yall are talking about trading for players who arent even in the NBA yet…

bkb77ParticipantYa why would the heat trade beasley for curry when they wouldn’t ntrade him for amare. I Also thinki that Wade & Amare are a package & Lebron & Bosh are the other two-some.

NYK2010ParticipantPpl don’t get humor its strange, Knicks will use Curry’s expiring contract in a trade probably who knows maybe for Okafor if the Hornets look to dump big contracts.

OhCanada-ParticipantI could se the Knicks going for Okafor..maybe even Brand and Holiday or something who knows.++++++++

NYK2010ParticipantHoliday doubtful 76ers give him up and not much interest in Brand.
