To Olympiackos for $50 million a year over the next 4 years. Bring on the negatives.
Greece is bankrupted if not for the EU bailout fund. The Greece gov’t is looking to raise tax on everything. Olympiackos is a prime target for a significant tax raise on its players’ salary. They don’t really have the money to pay a player 50 mil a season. Europe is in worse shape than the US.
There is a rumor that Olympiackos is trying to help Josh Childress out of Greece and back to the US because Olympiackos would take a big hit from the tax raise if they keep Childress around.
Let’s all give him positives. That will really get him mad.
