FIRST DRAFT TRADE!

Who ever gets the 4th is going to shake up a lot of mocks.

Then that certainly doesn’t seem to bode well for the confidence they have in Yao Ming making a successful long term return.

To get Cousins (or possibly Monroe)…all it really means is that Johnson will slip down to the fifth spot (sixth at most). The top six are set. It’s just the order in which Johnson, Monroe, and Cousins will go that is dependent on whose drafting where. I can’t see any other player slipping into the top six. Some say Aminu…but I don’t think so. I don’t think Aminu gets drafted before 7.

Portland making a (minor) move, makes me wonder if Kevin Pritchard is back to his make-alot-of-draft-trades days, which usually ends up paying off for him…Portland could be a sneaky team to watch for

Dont see that 4th pick getting traded, Detroit or Houston would have to WOW Minnesota or Houston with an offer…

What would Houston give up to get the 4th pick?

If the wolves do another stupid trade down they better not screw up. If they did a trade with the pistons for the 7th they wouldnt get johnson i could only see that trade going down if 3 teams were involved sac with the 5th min with the 4th and detroit with the 7th. because it seems like the wolves love wes to me and dont want to lose out on him and he wont be there by 7th

@Andrew1984 – I read in an article that the thinking is either Battier or Ariza would be on their way out in a trade.
