Rank the second tier small forwards

1.Damion James-probably the best/ most consistent scorer out of this group with great quickness,strength, mid-range jumper, giant motor, post game, and ability to move and be effective w/o the BB
2.Devin Ebanks-athletic a decent and improving jump shooter, potential Artest-like lock-down defender, maybe not Ron Artest, long wingspan for position, ball handling is good, excels in transition, decent post game, can guard multiple positions
3.Darington Hobson-pretty much a poor man’s Evan Turner/ or Evan Turner’s w/o upside, probably should have stayed in college 1 more year
4.Quincy Pndexter-mainly a basket attacker, he has a nice mid-range game, a turnaround jumper, and a decent post-game, but mainly and offense player. He doesn’t play bad defense, but it could be a lot better
5.Stanly Robinson-ATHLETIC BEAST!!! but that is about it. can finish around the rimwell , good slasher, an improved 3-pt shooter, quick, and can guard multple positions, but mainly an athelete, however has potential to be Gerald Wallace-like
6.Nemanja Bjelica- great size, a creater, a point guard in a SF/PF’s body, has arguably the best court vision, can run the floor, can create his own shot, best dribbler and passer arguably, doesn’t demand the ball and doesn’t force bad shots, however he played over in Europe w/ low competiton and on top of that, he had a terrible team

hobson can’t shoot
robinson has no basketball skills
bjelica…haven’t seen enough but he looks weak

frijole ghost that was really good you managed to give on negative attribute on 4 out of 6 of the players. Do you anything else about them and what they could bring to Memphis?

I think the Grizz would be best suited looking in the direction of Trevor Booker. He is an insane athlete with a high motor and good length. He can player both forward positions which is a plus, and Memphis could really use his hustle and efficiency without having the ball in his hands especially is Zach Randolph stays around. Booker has an underrated skill set on the perimeter however he is still a work in progress out there but he can guard small forwards. Another option Memphis has is drafting a shooting guard such such as James Anderson if he falls, Ellitot Williams or Jordan Crawford and playing Mayo more at the point.

I would draft James, Robinson, Bjelica, Ebanks, Pondexter, Hobson, in that order.

My order in terms of the best:

1. Damion James
2. Nemanja Bjelica
3. Quincy Pondexter
4. Devin Ebanks
5. Stanley Robinson
6. Darrington Hobson

If I were Memphis I’d take Nemanja Bjelica. He’s a 2 year guy, but he’s the best pure offensive player on that list and I think Memphis will need wing scoring. Rudy Gay will be moved I believe, and I think Bjelica can develop behind Gay for a year or 2 and then emerge. He’s a Hedo Turkoglu clone.
