This is unfortunate. He was a good man and really tried to help Sudan.

    Oh my god!
    Hell!
I mean just a weak ago I was going through his footage and watched all the charity stuff he did, like hockey and boxing. I really didn’t know, when I was opening the topic I hoped it was some kind of joke….
    RIP….

Jacking up three point shots with the Warriors. A good guy from all accounts.

When I was about 12. And just as all the reports are saying and will continue to say, he was a genuinely nice man. I remember I didn’;t want to ask him about being tall, figuring he got that all the time, so for a minute or two we just talked about basketball but as soon as there was a little break in the conversation, he shot me this huge smile and said – ” It’s ok, little man. You can ask.” So I did. His response was ” Buying pants is way harder than it should be”. THat still makes me laugh when I think about. It ws only a couple of minutes but as a 12 year old, that conversation totally made my year!

    RIP

He’ll truly be missed… He’ll go down as one of the most remembered players in the NBA for what he has done on and off the court… RIP Manute…
