Now with the Dalembert trade, I got Turner going 4th. Thoughts?

i have a feeling that the 76er’s are going big now too. i can’t see turner falling past new jersey though. if he does, david kahn is going to need a pair of diapers.

I would think if the Sixers weren’t interested in drafting Turner, they’d trade down. So i wouldnt exactly say his stock is dropping. I still see him getting drafted at 2 by some team.

Why would turner be 4th again? Don’t say it’s because they want cousins. They just picked up hawes. They have a center and plenty of bigs. Philly lacks a true playmaker as well as a good shooting guard and turner is both of those things. Iggy isn’t a 2, they tried him
at 2 and Thad at 3 and it didn’t work. Besides if Philly went with a big it would be favors before cousins anyway

Do you really think they want Hawes as their starting center?

I remember ppl ripped me for having Turner has my 4th pick on my Mock Draft. Now…it’s a possibility. SMH.

Not Hawes but Speights. Why would a team that just got a new coach select a guy that has attitude problems? Seems like a recipe for disaster if you ask me unless Collins has a lot of patience to handle Cousins. I dont think he does. Turner is still the pick. This is not the only trade the Sixers could make. They could still figure out a trade with Minny in order to select Cousins at the 4 if he is their real love.

if philly does the unthinkable and takes favors no way they take cousins the nets will break the record for how qhickly they get the turner card to the podioum

It makes sense to make room for Speights to grow, maybe a Speights & Favors matchup looks better?

I can see Philly taking Favors….Hawes is a backup…Speights is decent but suspect on defense, Doug Collins is even talking about playing Elton Brand at center, of course that wont work….Turner will NOT go pass the Nets

Hawes starting at C might not be a had idea. He would spread the floor and let Brand/Speights do their thing in the post a lot easier.

    they got a center and a sf/pf.
after watching on the 76’s website turner touring the locker room. I think he is their guy.
He will be the pick if not for them then trade.

How could he possibly get past NJ? Sixers go Favors, then NJ drafts Cousins or Wes Johnson, please. I think Sixers still might take him and there’s no way NJ passes him.

i think he is too valuable to pass up, he is too much of an asset. he should be the pick and let the cards fall where they may.

i said it once and i’ll say it again…we only trade 2nd pick for the 4th/16th and 23rd…With Cousins or Favors at 4 and the best 2guard at 16th…We’ll look for a rotation guy at 23…3 picks or Turner is a Sixer…
