memphisgriz731ParticipantHarrison Barnes reminds me in some ways of Loul Deng. I think he’s alot better overall than Deng however. He’s a very complete offensive player

JNixonParticipantI’m not making a comparison because I can’t think of a definite one, but Harrison Barnes is outstanding at every single aspect of basketball and will be a star. He’s not a freak athlete, but he’s definitely a very good and above average one.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantI see some comparisons to Paul Pierce once he fills out his frame.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantLove that Paul Pierce comparison.
I think his first college season will be the same as Evan Turners junior year. Statistically. 20-9-6

JNixonParticipantHarrison Barnes doesn’t play like Paul Pierce lol..at least not to the point that that’s who you compare him to

plasticmanParticipantHow do you know? He’s barely out of high school nobody has seen him play enough to say he does or doesn’t play like ________. The kid is a teenager his game is nowehere near fully developed.

JNixonParticipantHarrison Barnes has played on TV more than enough times for me to say how he plays. Not sure where you’ve been for the past 12 months or so

plasticmanParticipantUmm, ok…I realize he’s been on tv, the top high school prospect usually is….That doesn’t mean you really know his game. You can’t say with certainty that he won’t be like Pierce, or anyone else within reason. LIke I said his game is not even nearly developed. For all you know he will grow another couple inches and be a power forward…interesting that the comparison you chose is the same one on the draft.net, and many other websites.

JNixonParticipantThis site compared DeShawn Stevenson to Michael Jordan. They have been wrong before. He doesn’t play like Paul Pierce does. And if he grows and plays PF, that would make it much more unlikely for him to play like Pierce, who’s a SF. He’s a different player than Pierce was, so I honestly could care less what another site says.
Have your own opinion man.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI think body wise he’s like pierce and his underrated passing and rebounding ability is like pierce as well. Scoring, not so much but he can slash and has a nice mid range game.

WrecklessParticipantSaying that Harrison barnes season will be somewhat like Evan turners junior season is disrespecting Evan turner.
Personally, I say he gets 16-17 ppg 6-7 rbs, and 3 ast.0 - Posted on: Thu, 06/17/2010 - 1:03pm #334316

ilike.panochasParticipantHe reminds me alot Danny Granger
