(AFP) – 2 days agoMIAMI — Miami Heat point guard Carlos Arroyo was charged with resisting arrest after police said he refused to leave his vehicle after being pulled over on Friday for driving erratically.
Police in the Miami suburb of Coral Gables said a motorcycle officer made several attempts to pull Arroyo over on Friday morning.
After Arroyo was stopped, he refused to get out of his vehicle several times before complying, police said.
Arroyo was charged with operating a motor vehicle at such a slow speed that it blocked traffic, failure to obey a lawful order and resisting arrest without violence.

The interesting thing here is that he was driving too slow and then thought that was cause for resisting arrest. Interesting to find out what was going on.

M-DYMESParticipantIm thinking he was prolly high too. I mean he was prolly driving slow not to seem suspicious at all and then cops tried to pull him over and he though he’d get in trouble for being high. IDK if Miami has a zero tolerance law like Philly but if they do then that would make sense why he took off since they would test his piss to prove he was high. Then they prolly would could have gotten him for driving while intoxicated. Either way he prolly should of just stopped unless he had some shit to hide.
