gatorheelsParticipantLook out for Charlotte. They are very dangerous.
Bobcats beat Cleveland tonight by 17.
Tyrus Thomas was balling: 9 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, & 6 blocks. He played very solid defense.
Jamison was 0-12 2 points. Hickson 5 points. Varejao 6 points. Thomas had them D’d up haha
Tyrus was a class act in his interview after the game.
Somebody tell Jamison & Varejao to get that weak stuff out of here (Tyrus swatted both of them several times)

knicksfan7ParticipantI did not watch the game, but I get the feeling Cleveland was sooo deflated after the Nuggets loss last night they just weren’t focused on Charlotte. Same applies for the Nuggets who were probably still happy with the win @Cleveland that they did not focus on the Wizards and lost by 10.

JNixonParticipantI saw parts of the game, and Tyrus was impressive. Him and DJ Augustin stepped up for this game

MagikKnickParticipantAntawn Jamison 0-12, Wonder if this makes James think about anything…
But give credit to th Bobcats, the Cavs are 1-3 against them this season….’Cats might wanna rally for that 8th spot intentionally….see if they could still hold there weight against the Cavs in the playoffs
TThomas seems to be a really good fit fo the Cats, but its only game 1, see how it progresses

DanEboyParticipantI have seen that game from Tyrus many times. Let’s see him do it a couple of games in a row.
Jamison better not have many games like this or the team will be all his next year.

M-DYMESParticipantThe Bobcats have hands down the most versatile and athletic team in the league IMO. Def a force to be reckoned with.
Love Tyrus’ energy tonight. He played hard for his new squad, an admirable performance.

IndianaBasketballParticipantTyrus Thomas played like he had a chip on his shoulder tonight lol. DJ Augustine AND Boris Diaw played well. Great win for the Bobcats.
The Cavs were lacking energy due to the tough OT game vs the Nuggets last night… The Bobcats had more energy and did a great job taking advantage of that.

DanEboyParticipantI never questioned his talent, just his head. I will say that if Tyson can get and stay healthy, and Tyrus can stay motivated and play within the game, the Bobcats defense will be scary. A front line of Tyson, Tyrus, Theo, Nazr…I wouldn’t want to drive the lane. And throw in Wallace on the wing…nuts.
A lot of ‘ifs’ though.

NashyMingParticipantLarry Brown proved that he’s really a good coach. However, he needs players that are coachable and willing to play defense (not the Knicks in the Zeke era). The Bobcats really surprised me this season. Trade for Stephen Jackson was the best thing happened to them this season. He really bought the offensive power that the Bobcats had been lacking since Larry Brown took over. It would be a tough team to beat in the playoff (I think they would make it) with their great defense. Defense wins playoff games.
