Can Lebron make Telfair good?

Lebron made Mo Williams look great, so I think so.

Lol… Mo is putting up the same exact numbers with Cleveland as he put up with Milwaukee… The only difference is he plays on national TV now…

I don’t know if Bron can make Bassy better. Bassy needs the ball in his hands to be effective and we all know that’s not happening with Bron. Bassy isn’t a 3P shooter like Mo and Boobie.

Now hold up a second… I thought the fact that the Bucks were terrible a couple years ago and Mo could do what he wanted made Mo look great… Maybe it was Lebron though…

Lebron makes Varejao look decent, I dont see why he cant make Telfair look good

I think LeBron is better at making bigs look better than guards… Simply because he turns guards/wing players into catch and shoot players. Bassy isn’t a catch and shoot player. He needs the ball in his hands to be effective.

If Bron allows Bassy to handle the rock, maybe Bassy can make Bron better by getting him easy baskets on the break. I doubt that happens though.

Lebron won’t make Telfair better. Telfair is a true PG so LBJ won’t be able to like he has for Boobie Gibson and Mo Williams. The only reason he makes them better is because they can play off the ball. Telfair needs the ball, so he’ll be minimally affected by Lebron.

LeBron makes people look good by feeding open jump shooters and cutting big men; Telfair is neither big or a good jump shooter. Of course, Telfair can look good by having a few 9+ assist games by feeding LeBron, but I don’t know. Call me pessimistic, but I just don’t see it happening.

He could hook him up with a nice suit or something. Other than that, I think Telfair continues to be what he has been…not much

I think it’s safe to say that once Mo returns, Bassy probably won’t even see the floor.

OJJ is all the way right..Telfair on Cleveland gives the defense an extra defender on Lebron..nobody respects Telfairs jumper. Cleveland has to play an open court fast break offense with Telfair cause he has failed to show he can run a half court offense.

he has not been very good this year for the Clippers(my team the god awful Clippers)…He’s a really big defensive liability!even though he can be a playmaker he dosent have a really good basketball IQ(hes commited alot of dumb fouls this year and can really hurt a team with some of his decisions) and his shooting is about as awful as it gets

This is an interesting acquisition for Cleveland… I think we’ll just have to wait and see what’s in store for Telfair… He’s still 24 and I think he’s still growing as a player despite bouncing around from some teams… With LBJ at his side, anything can happen for Bassy…

Some say the Cavs plan to release Telfair..Others say the Cavs are happy to have him..Becuz after Mo ,they really don’t have another pure point guard on the roster….
