valentineim suprised no one made a post about this game. pretty good game. refs were pretty bad though with some of the calls against miss and missing that goaltending. cousins impressed me even more with that foot work and reminds me of zach randolph more and more every game. wall was very very good as well almost getting a triple double. the guard from miss..best or post , cant rmeber his name was impressive

quinceyhodgeswhat has cousins showed that hes just gonna be a good college player?..i could seeif all he did was over power guyas while being alot taller but hes scoring with skill without being overly athletic just like zach. he dominates while being a good 7 years from being in his prime. he has moves then back up post moves then back up for his back up post moves. he’s a hell of a rebounder who actually boxes out and gets great position even while going for the offensive rebound. i was one of his biggest critics but he has won me over by getting better and better as the season goes along

Soulrebel15ParticipantI have to agree that was a pretty damn good game, OT was a joke some of the calls were pure BS. Cousins displays the foot work and post game of a NBA vet, or at least a polish senior not of a college freshman, he really surprises me every game I watch. I want to see how he reacts when or if he gets bulled in the post.

quinceyhodgesim the same way aboput cousins. if you have that good footwork then thats half the battle down there. he already has the size and the body. and you can see that he will eventually get a dependable jumper. hes beenkeeping his head lately. i actually like the nasty streak he has which means he’s not soft. had me laughing when the game was in hand and he was on the bench and gestured to the fans to “call me” with his fingers up to his ears like a phone… but did anyone see when they were shaking hands with the other team and one of the players on miss wouldnt shake hands with him and cursed at him while trying to get in a fight??..not sure if anyone else caught that

knowledge585Participanti say that because he seems lazy it may just be my perception of him but he doesnt jump for rebounds even though lately he been killin…it will show if he a good college player or a good future pro player come march madness

quinceyhodgeshell hes been getting rebounds all season not just lately. his body might make him seem lazy but he does work hard. he has moments where he doesnt go as hard but they have been far and few between compared to early in the season

powerguard97ParticipantCousins played a man size game and i was very proud of Kentucky..let us remember it is black history month and that is Mississippi. The phone calls and text that he recieved on his phone i cant imagine what it said. Kentucky again showed that just like the NBA where we want to see LA and Cleveland or Boston. We want to see Kansas vs. Kentucky for the National Championship. Its going to be interesting to see who is going to step up when Cousins is in foul trouble in the tourny….Kentucky overall has a very strong performance Wall, Cousins, Bledsoe,Patterson all were very good on National TV.

powerguard97Participantwas very dissapointed in the Center from Miss state. I think he missed out on alot of money and he showed that he needs to mature a bit more for the NBA game. He has the SEC tourny and hopefully the NCAA tourny to change some minds…Other then that mission failed. Kodi Augustus def. helped his stock he showed range, patients, rebounding and athletism…He was very impressive..dont know why Miss State didnt give him the ball for there last shot before the end of regulation. Dee Bost was good, but at times out of control.

JNixonParticipantMiss. State had questionable guard play and they got outcoached after they had that 7-point lead with 2 minutes left. Bost is explosive, but he took alot of bad shots and was too out of control alot of times. John Wall was the Savior. He’s going to be an unbelievable pro. He has that fiery demeanor to be great that only major stars have. Expect him to be mentioned as one of the best players in the NBA when he retires barring injury. He’s got Hall-of-Fame potential. Special player, and he plays his best when everything is going badly.
