man just finished watching this game on my tvo… kyle irving and gilchrist were killing. both had 28 or 30 points,

maryland recruit pshon howard did his thing as well going right back at kyle with about 20

roscoe smith looked prwetty good. i can see why gilchrist is considered one of the best if not the best reguardless of class. his game is so smooth.. st pat could have won it but they went to the line with basically no time left and missed both free throws

Who would you compare Michael Gilchrist to?

Dude is special. Once he rounds out his perimeter skills, watch out. Has all of the physical tools and skills in the world, but also has all the intangables that you look for as well. He is the best prospect in that class easily.

not sure yet…not to any nba star that for sure since i have to see him play against college players at least. but i can say he could be a very good pro in the future. possibly a allstar

At 1st, I wondered how Gilchrist could be da #1 junior in the country over Austin Rivers but afta I saw that game, I kno Y. Gilchrist dominates from 15 ft and closer and Rivers dominates from 3 point range, and Gilchrist has more size and is a little more versatile then Rivers.

yeah its because of size..size always wins out if both players are real talented as faar as people talking about potential. rrivers can score anyway you want it though..deep,midrange or drive
