NorrinRaddParticipantI’m going to rank mine based off of long term and short term prospective point of view – I guess what I think the trajectory of the career will be like the first 6 years, so some of these guys won’t have the flavor others will per se… and I’ll go by tiers and this will be based partially on opportunity as well…
1
Cooper Flagg – Other than Wemby he’s the pick of the 2020s.
2
AJ Dybantsa – Does it all but really scores at will, right behind Flagg.
3
Caleb Wilson – Imo he ends up being Giannis light. Nothing to sneeze at as a prospect.
4-5
Cam Boozer – stronger, more rangy Sengun with the ability to dribble/pass/shoot impact
Darryn Peterson – DWade impact including the baggage of injury
6
Dylan Harper – Cade Cunningham light impact.
7-12
VJ Edgecombe – undeniable talent and beginning to put things together.
Kon Knueppel – perfect fit into a role of dribble/pass/shoot
Ace Bailey – long term he carves out a role and excels after Markkanen.
Cedric Coward – injury bug, but has impressed when he’s on the court.
Mikel Brown, Jr. – Crazy shooter and shot creator can dribble/pass/shoot
Darius Acuff, Jr. – small but explosive dribble/pass/shoot
13-17
Jeremiah Fears – showing improvement with long range shooting
Keaton Wagler – I don’t think he’s Mikel or Acuff star but better than Demin
Kingston Flemings – might have impact of D’Aaron Fox
Brayden Burries – might have a Jrue Holiday impact
Karim Lopez – might have an impact similar to Jalen Johnson
18-25
Egor Demin – I’m seeing the Giddey similarities coming out.
Colliln Murray-Boyles – looks like the shot is slowly coming around.
Derik Queen – was an absolute beast when given the chance.
Joan Beringer – could be Jarrett Allen, has the similar frame/tools.
Hannes Steinbach – this guy to me is Kevin Love meets Steven Adams.
Jayden Quaintance – injured now, but in 3 years we’ll know if we can score on SAN.
Ebuka Okorie – scoring specialist who can dribble/pass/shoot
Cam Carr – athletic 3&D dribble/pass/shoot guy.BIGGEST SNUBS
Tre Johnson – could be in the 7-11 tier, but doubt gets same opportunity with AJ on the team doing same things.
Will Riley – belongs on this list as well and instead faces the same fate as Tre does but with body archetype with AJ but less.
Noa Essengue – might be the odd man out of regular minutes in a crowded talented Chicago frontcourt.
Carter Bryant – improved as a player throughout his San Antonio season and since his days at Zona’.
Khaman Maluach – terrible fit in Phoenix. Needs a trade desperately, has the talent and tools.
Nique Clifford – didn’t score much but did everything else while in the rotation.
Kasparas Jakucionis – dribble/pass/shoot guy with superb range. New destination new opportunity.
Ryan Kalkbrenner – already been a presence for CHA, especially on the defensive end.
Maxime Raynaud – has been a pleasant surprise for SAC with his ability to shoot and bang.
Jase Richardson – might get to shine if Suggs eventually gets dealt, or he gets in a situation with more opportunity.
Thomas Sorber – maybe if he ever gets the opportunity after injury – even if it means getting out of OKC.
Labaron Philon – crazy handles that can orchestrate with flash and defend. Opportunity is limited perhaps.
Christian Anderson – should get the opportunity, just misses the list too though as there are only 25 in this.
Sergio de Larrea – I like him as a rotation guy that might eventually start, he’s not quite Demin to me though.
Morez Johnson, Jr. – good rotation guy that might start but for 2 historical drafts – doesn’t quite cut it.
Yaxel Lendeborg – should have a better start of career than most, but long term not quite.
Aday Mara – should have a solid impact whenever on the court, but these last 2 drafts are really great – not just solid.
Dailyn Swain – in a logjam, don’t think his talent gets fully noticed beginning of his career. Eventually we’ll see it.
Nate Ament – should get minutes early on and improve as his career goes. Not a star.
Henri Veesaar – should have a chip on his shoulder with a role to play early on.0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/29/2026 - 3:47am #1271879

OhCanada-ParticipantI don’t know man. CMB just averaged 14 points 6 rebounds 2 assists 1 block and 1 steal with just 27 minutes per game in a 7 games series playing at Center against the Cavs bigs. And he did it with a sprained thumb which he had been dealing with for half the season. Hes already Draymond Green in his sophmore season but if the shot comes around hes something special.

NorrinRaddParticipantI like CMB’s numbers, tbh haven’t seen enough of him in the league to put him higher yet. Fact that he’s in the top 25 means Draymond vibes are in that range though. I mean look at some comps of the guys in that same tier, Beringer I think ends up like Jarrett Allen, Steinbach like Love + Adams… Giddey another one… nothing to sneeze at…
