DanEboyParticipantNot a whole lot of interesting match-ups today. There are two games I am interested in seeing.
#2 ‘Nova at #7 G’Town–The Hoyas are 10-2 at home and ‘Nova starts its brutal 2nd half of the conference schedule having to travel to #6 WVU on Monday. They can make their case for a number 1 seed with a couple of wins here.
#5 Michigan St at Illinois–The Illini are 11-1 at home and need some big wins to get a tourney bid. Kalin Lucas is a game time decision but I expect him to play.
I don’t have a favorite team, went to a small college, but I am a Big Ten fan when it comes to basketball. Izzo just seems to have a final 4 caliber team every year no matter the talent. Always a tough team.
Any games you guys are looking forward to today??

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantSeton Hall @ Pittsburgh. I hope the Pirates can get over that hump, and finally get an “upset.” The only way I think it’ll happen is if Jeremy Hazell gets good shots and Herb Pope makes a free throw.
Rutgers @ Louisville. I know you’re probably like “What?” But just hear me out here. If Hamady N’Diaye can control the paint (which he’s very good at), and Mike Rosario makes his shots, then Louisville could be handed an upset.

JNixonParticipantKansas State vs. Iowa State— I hope K-State has a good game today against an Iowa State team with possibly 3 NBA players on their team (Brackins, Gilstrap, and their PG Diante Garrett). If Pullen shoots well and Clemente limits his poor shots, we should walk out with a win. We seem to do a good job against big men though, so I think we should make Brackins and Gilstrap work down low
