    If KD doesn’t get in foul trouble and they shoot 35% (average) or better from 3, USA wins for sure. France only wins if USA really struggles from 3, or Durant is sitting.

    It’s always weird seeing rubio and patty mills, and even fournier play better than every American not named durant… completely different game.

    I’d not bet against Team USA although Durant seems to be carrying them. Fairplay to him going back to the Olympics when he could have easily bypassed it. Also I wonder when he’ll start shaving his head as it is going a bit thin on top I noticed.

      This tournament is the first time I thought KD is on his decline, and that bald spot is like the symbol of his decline. Keeps reminding you. I don’t think he’s the same player as OKC or GSW Durant. He’s still amazing though and a top 5 player in the league but it looks like the KD/Lebron era is on it last few years, at least as first options on a Championship team.

    I’ll take USA. They are just too talented. France is gonna have to play perfect and USA is gonna have to play passive and settle for jumpshots in order for the upset to happen. Just don’t see it going that way, they got very aggressive at the end of the 2nd beginning of the 3rd and the talent difference was just too much to deal with.
