They don’t draft a center. They don’t need one. Claxton, Green, KD , Bruce Brown is fine. They need a Dinwiddie replacement. Miles McBride

Claxton’s fine, KD is a better 4 and Green is salty. I think they could go in either direction.

Filip Petrusev. Hes already proven he can play Center at any level. He’s a sure thing and could probably start for the Nets next year.

Although I really wanna have them pick Jeremiah Robinson Earl. I just think he would be the perfect fit for them. They can’t pass on Petrusev though.

You guys are gonna be shocked when he goes mid 1st.

I’d be very happy if that happened Raptors would be able to get him. What makes you think he would go undrafted?

I think I went over this in a different topic but I’ll go over it again.

He played at Gonzaga last year. He wasn’t that high level of a prospect and down the stretch Drew Timme was outplaying him a bit. The concerns with Petrusev then weren’t rebounding or scoring. So this season, yes the points and rebounds, and shooting, are great. But can he be effective off the ball? It really just seems like this season, Mega Bemax was more showcasing him for the draft rather than concentrating on much else. So the same questions from last season to this season. He helped his stock a little bit from last year, considering he did well overseas but you still can’t discount him getting outplayed down the stretch at Gonzaga. It’s one of the big reasons he left. He doesn’t have elite size so I’m not seeing big time upside here. I get the advanced stats do like him, but a high usage center that isn’t elite really don’t remain that valuable. He could be a backup center in a Montrezl Harrell type role but I just think he will be better as a dominant big man overseas. I feel pretty similarly about Charles Bassey as well. (So Bassey at 27 to me is actually insane. I get the center class isn’t great but I honestly prefer Neemias Queta because of his size/lower usage) Same concerns. If you like Bassey you will like Petrusev. I really don’t see it for Bassey either. Have him in the 50’s, 60’s area as well.
