Usman Garuba. Pretty obvious they go big. James Borrego has openly discussed the need at Center. Biyambo and Zeller are unrestricted. Carey Jr. didn’t get much run but looked good at times. He gets picked ahead of Kai Jones and Alperen Sengun here as a defensive playmaker with upside thats been a pro for years now.

I don’t think theres a chance Day’ron Sharpe ends up a better player than Luka Garza but yeah theres actually a chance he gets picked before him.

that would be such a bad move. He’s a better prospect than Garza. Sharpe actually did a good job on Garza. But if they want Sharpe they can get him in the second round or late first if they really wanted him.

I get Jones and Garuba as better fits. I still have Sengun as the better prospect. I’m going with better prospect (my opinion) in Alperen Sengun.

Sengun is a better prospect imo as well. Garuba does fit what they need though between the 2.

This one is interesting. I really think Richaun Holmes could really sign with Charlotte. They do need a center but Holmes is there and I think PJ Washington might be better as a 5 anyway. So I know I probably won’t win here, but I’m not going center. I could see them going center but but I think the chances they don’t are just as high. If they do go center, I would say Usman Garuba (use this as tiebreaker if necessary) but my pick is…

Keon Johnson. Get Lob City 2.0 with LaMelo, Bridges, and Keon. It would fun to watch. Charlotte does need defense and Keon can help with that and eventually be Rozier’s replacement. Ziaire Williams was an option here too but he just wasn’t really good at all and really just didn’t flash at all. But Keon Johnson is the pick for me

They desperately need a center, it’s true, but there are too many perimeter guys with way more upside here. I’d go with Keon Johnson.
