dmo21ParticipantWhich teams in the nba have real fans? Fans that cheer for their team, and not some all star playing for them. Teams that have fans that dont jump on or off the bendwagon if they sign or let go a player or start winning or start losing. Which teams will always have fans no matter who is on the team and what their record is…
The first teams that come to my mind are New York, both LA teams, Toronto, and Boston.. What do you all think?

dmo21Participantyeah, Golden State definately has lots of fans.. I dunno about Portland tho, did they have lots of fans before roy, thought they lost a lot of fans due to the jail blazers..
and yes, every team has fans, but which teams have lots of fans no matter what.. Like Cleveland will have no fans if Lebron leaves..

JNixonParticipantThe Knicks and Lakers have the best fans, in terms of being die hards and showing up to games and supporting no matter how good or bad the team actually is..

butidonthavemoneyThe Utah fans are jerks, but they are INFATUATED with their team. If someone says something negative about the Jazz or Jazz fans (Boozer, Rodman, Patterson), they will get teased, taunted and probably swore at by the Utah faithful.

IndianaBasketballParticipantIt’s definitely not Indiana fans… Fans here used to sell out the arena during the Reggie days, but now it’s hard to fill half of the arena up. It’s the same with the Colts too. Before they won the Super Bowl, fans here were shady. When the Colts made that playoff run and won their first Super Bowl… People starting wearing Colts jerseys like it was the popular thing to do.
I’d have to give it to New York. Portland’s fans are super loyal too. You’d also be surprised at the loyalty of Clippers fans.

Mr. BasketballParticipantclipper fans are #1. we’ve through all of this crap and only 1 good playoff run and yet we’re still hanging on lottery after lottery.

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantI’m a Nets and Knicks fan, but I’ve seen less and less Nets jerseys since they made the finals. Knick fans are amazing; no matter what their record is, there will always be at or near full capacity for home games.

bobbybParticipantknicks have a lot of help from the big corportations, that is why they have big attendance for knicks/ rangers

Chicago1980ParticipantThe bulls went through some bad years after Jordan left and they were still in the top in terms of attendance and they had some pretty bad teams anyone who can sit through those teams are loyal.

NYK2010ParticipantKnicks fans definately.
Don’t forget about the Kings they always support that team.

Toronto16ParticipantPortland fans are the most loyal. Remember they stuck by their team through the whole “jailblazers” thing.
