R-Dot-13ParticipantIve watched youtube videos of him..
hes a FREAK athlete, but thats all ive seen of him.
Hes an amazing dunker but thats all i know of him.Has anyone know more about him?
Is he just a dunker or is he gonna be a good nba prospect?0 - Posted on: Tue, 01/12/2010 - 12:59pm #246979
MagikKnickParticipantI was wondering the same…hes a ridiculous leaper, he jumps so high, with pretty much no effort
But in all his highlights…you never see a jumpshot, you never see him post up, his game seems very limited, but you cant judge someone pased on YouTube vids so its hard to evaluate
I was trying to find out more about him also, it’ll be nice to see if anyone has some info on him

SlimParticipantstill learning the perimeter game, how to exploit his mismatch
draw double teams and pass
untapped potential.. he’s going to be going 2 USC
he could be good to great if he finds a position and sticks to it
but in college coaches might develop him exclusively as a post player 🙁
he has no solid position right now

quincey hodgesi watched him play against my nephew in some tourneys and in vegas. he is a freak athlete. his skills are pretty raw at this point. but good enough to do work on the hs level beause know one can jump like him, alot of potential because he does work now without being very good at any skill yet. alot like derozen was as a jr. hes still learning the sf position. right now hes a shawn marion type player. didnt know who he was until he tried to dunk on my nephew( and suprisingly got blocked. was a suprise until i found out how much bounce my nephew really has)

HandDownManDown13ParticipantHe’s pretty raw but he can fly. I dont know if i’ve seen somebody jump like that before. I hope he has a good work ethic and learns the perimeter game well because he will be fun to watch with that leaping ability.

HandDownManDown13Participantyeah i was exaggerating a little bit. But theres still only a handful of players who can jump like that. I havent seen many athletes like that who are currently in high school

quincey hodgesyoud be suprised how many can. i had a good 4 who could jump like that and 3 who could jump higher. the thing about it is they werent that good and that happens alot of times where theres players on a team who can jump but they cant really play much basketball so you dont know too much about them. we had a track guy with a 45 inch vert but could shoot, dribble ,passs and he was only 5’11 but he could dunk like damn vince and block the hell out of a shot
