Are y’all watching Kobe LOCK-UP D-Wade?

Kobe locked up dwade in one of the game’s last year too. Wade scored like 17 points on vujacic in 9 minutes but only like 6 points the rest of the game with kobe on him. So far Wade has not scored one point on Kobe. Everything has been off of screens where kobe’s teammates haven’t stepped up to switch.

that was lucky as hell though. I mean kobe can hit lucky shots better then anyone, but the lakers are lucky to have a win tonight.

I just had a feeling Kobe was going to hit that shot though lol. The release and follow through was perfect. Wade had been contesting his shots perfectly, but on that one he was a little bit late.

Kobe locked D. Wade up, but I liked how Wade got his teammates involved and stayed aggressive. They almost stole one in LA. I thought the game changed when Lamar Odom got ejected.

kobe did lock wade up one on one. But wade got his team involved and was aggressive. Kobe just hit a great shot. Fisher also hit a huge 3 with 4 seconds left as well. Great game.

Yep… THAT’S why Fisher is on the floor! To all of those who said it’s time for him to be traded, benched, released and all of that junk.

ha , i hated on fish as much as anyone, but truth is he has been playing well for the last week or two. Farmar still outplayed him tonight with like 8 points in 10 minutes. But phil trust’s fish and after games like tonight i can’t blame him.

On the real though… I was impressed with Kobe’s D tonight. I swear… I’ve never seen D. Wade get locked up like that before lol. He literally couldn’t do ANYTHING. Kobe had him frustrated at BOTH ends. Kobe pressured him literally all over the court… Crazy. The posters on this site, more than any other site I’ve been on, say that Kobe no longer can defend on an elite level. 100% untrue.

I’m telling you, Kobe locked him up worse last season. I remember the game perfectly. Kobe locked him until sasha came in both halves. He scored like 17 on sasha in 9 minutes and 6 on kobe in 30 minutes. He was frustarted the whole game, just like tonight.

Kobe played great D on Wade, but Wade did miss a few shots that he would usually make.

yeah i was yelling at fisher half the game untill he hit that tough 3 before the end of the game..then kobe did his superman thing…yeah the lake show is still rolling:)
