Evan Turner bounces back after a loss to UNC with 23 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assist, and a season high 10 TO. To a win over Cal with 24 points 13 rebounds, 6 assist, 4 TO, and 2 blocks. I’m telling you Evan Turner could be the POY. Hes definitely the player i’m watching this year.

His overall game is getting better and better every game. I think the brandon roy comparison the site gave him was actually pretty good.

Do you think Malcolm Lee will blow up this year? Because I have heard a lot of good stuff about him.

The Brandon Roy comparison was dead on…he has the best all-around skills in college basketball and some of the best I’ve ever seen in a player. I think he’ll be a 1st or 2nd option in the NBA, and be an All-Star player. He’s awesome, even though he had that bad game against UNC, it had alot to do with him carrying basically all offensive responsibilities. He’s extremely impressive to me.

I agree Turner is one of the best players in the country. His contributions this season have been undeniable.

With that said, Theo Robertson unquestionably would have done a better job defending him tonight.

I also worry about his production as a point guard. For right now, he’s done well for himself. Will that level of play continue with all these responsibilities heaped onto his shoulder during a grueling Big Ten schedule?

    That remains to be seen.
