L.ShapParticipantHonestly, I am tired of hearing about combo this and combo that.
Who are the next great shooting guards? (Not in the NBA right now, college&high school)0 - Posted on: Wed, 11/11/2009 - 11:12am #228732
td8118ParticipantHarrison Barnes

JNixonParticipantEvan Turner, Terrico White, Harrison Barnes, Willie Warren (he’s a SG), Paul George and Iman Shumpert are guys to me that have good chances of being the future for NBA 2’s.

ckelley015ParticipantI think harrison barnes as well, and i love avery bradley if he wasnt a tweener at 6-4

L.ShapParticipantSee the thing with Barnes is I see him more of a small forward… Does anyone else see that?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 11/11/2009 - 11:42am #228741

JNixonParticipantNah, he seems more like a SG to me…he has the size and skill-set much more suited for a 2-guard.

Lemons4LifeParticipantI always pictured him like Kobe, also i know ill get hated for this, but if they had freshmen in high school…..The other guys Iguodala pretty much said.

TheFutureofthisgameParticipantHarrison Barnes is listed as Small Forward but he is a natural Shooting Guard I believe that is what his position is for his school team. I honestly think Barnes has the best mind set and potential for upcoming Shooting Guards, I love the way Barnes plays and what he brings to the game.I also agree with the guys Iguodola listed as well.

L.ShapParticipantDon’t get me wrong, I love Barnes. It is so rare that you find a guy with his maturity and work ethic. He looks at basketball like its his job and really puts in all of the work. I want to get it straight since it is different everywhere I look… Is he 6’6″ or 6’8″?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 11/11/2009 - 1:44pm #228794

JNixonParticipantHe’s 6’6.”

td8118ParticipantPerry Jones can play 2 as well….He is a sick prospect

JNixonParticipantHe’s more of a SF, but he also has the ability to be a great scorer in the NBA. Like a top scorer when it’s all said and done….he going to be THAT good.

jeff416ParticipantI see Barnes as more of a SF ive watched him play before and he just looked like a SF. I will go with Will Barton this guy is sick he can score any time he wants to, hes very athletic, hes a very good passer, and he can shoot. I think he will be a NBA all star one day.

butidonthavemoneyEvan Turner or Xavier Henry.
I do NOT like Willie Warren. I think he will bust in the NBA.

Michael.S.ParticipantUmmmm……..Perry Jones already signed with Baylor. He will be an excellent NBA player, definitely top-tier
Paul George is the future of 2 guards.

Evan Turner is another prospect.

festar35ParticipantAlmost forgot about Demar Derozan dude has a lot of potential there.
There is a question mark over James Harden but he could get there.

CameronCrazieParticipantAs much as I hate to say it Reggie bullock is a pure two guard.I think Barnes is kind of like MJ position-wise.Harrison come to Duke!!
