Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI said earlier in the year that Derrick Rose would win MVP and he’s not far from it, but I’ve got to say that so far, it HAS to be Amar’e Stoudemire, especially these last couple of games, dude is averaging 25-9-2 with 2 assists and a steal to add. He is playing out of his mind, and not only that, the Knicks are 13-9

jaysmith1987ParticipantI agree with you a hundred percent he has made a big difference in the knicks I mean people said they would be a borderline playoff team but they are guranteed to be in the playoffs. Everyone was saying without Nash Stoudemire would be exposed I guess they meant exposed for the great player he is.

Im Your FatherParticipantI’m not sure either, but I definitely think STAT has a legit chance. I bet the people who were saying he isn’t any better than David Lee are feeling mighty stupid right now.

HaleParticipantD12, CP3, Rose, Amare, Kobe, RW0, and D-Will are all very deserving. It will be interesting to see who keeps it up, who doesn,t and eventually who wins. This might be the most wide open MVP race in years.

sheltwon3ParticipantAmare is at least a top candidate and I still remember all my debates with people saying Amare would be a bum or he would get hurt or he would never score like he did in Phoenix and right now I am thinking what were they on and now I am knowing that they must have been high to say what they said.

Malik-UniversalParticipantamare was already a proven scorer before nash in the 2003- 2004 season

jeff416ParticipantI would go with Rose or Amare right now, but it’s still very wide open.

sheltwon3ParticipantI know that Universal but before this season starting there was a lot of people on here more than half that was not aware of that. I hope now they are.

Stevenugh, i hate to say it, but cp3 is not in the mvp race. hes my fav. pg besides the 2 "steve/steph" nash/curry, but cp3 isnt in the race any longer. the hornets started off great but arent any longer. and he hasnt been playing as good as he use to.

BKKnicksfanParticipantI never thought I’d see the day someone would vote a New York Knick for MVP and get positives.
I’m tearing up right now.

DanEboyParticipantWhere is the love for Dirk? Dude is having arguably his best season ever. The Mavs are 17-4 and have won 10 straight.
24.9 Pts 7.4 Reb 55% from the floor and 39% from 3.

ilike.panochasParticipantI have to give it to Rajon Rondo. He is the glue that keeps that Boston Celtics rolling despite their age. And is looking like the best team in the East again. I haven’t seen anyone dominate a game without scoring like he does since Jason Kidd was in his prime (former MVP).

d-grizzlyParticipantHow about ginobli having a damn good season so far? I think it’d be unfair to not atleast be a top 15 Mvp right now…. spurs are rolling man.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:17pm #454781
BKKnicksfanParticipantJason Kidd was never a MVP.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/08/2010 - 8:23pm #454785
IndianaBasketballParticipantKidd was beat out by Duncan the season he had the best chance of winning it.

SteroidParticipantBefore this season, a lot of people were on David Lee’s bandwagon over Amar’e’s. Supposedly, Amar’e was a product of Nash. I guess the argument now will be that Amar’e is a product of Felton now *sarcasm*…

mj23mj23besteverParticipanthes the glue to the team with the best record in the east i was a big negative stat guy but gotta give him his props hes playing great in ny
0 - Posted on: Thu, 12/09/2010 - 9:16am #454952
SteroidParticipantDoesn’t Rondo have a hand in 50% of the Celtics points? That is pretty valuable imo..
0 - Posted on: Thu, 12/09/2010 - 9:25am #454955
joecheck88Participantya sheltwon, alot of people were saying amare couldnt score without nash. smh. but as far as mvp, nobody stands out to me at this point. maybe deron williams because he playing without boozer and with jefferson and bell(2 new starters). or paul because of the hot start. but nobody has separated themselves yet.
