OhCanada-ParticipantIt is evident that the NBA is no longer just a sport but also somewhat of a telivision show nowadays as weve seen with the whole free agency drama, and Lebron/Cleveland dilemna. We have many characters in the NBA whether they be positive ones like Steve Nash or Jamaal Magloire, badboys like Ron Artest and Rasheed Wallace, just plain stupid like Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittenton and outgoing personalities like Shaq, and Dwight Howard.
Who is your favourite NBA character.
Mine is Steve Nash

BasterdInABasketParticipantI loved noah at Florida but he acted like such an idiot sometimes but hes changed his personality in the media and is one of my favorites now.
Shaq is hands down the best character in the nba and maybe in sports though.

nl2niceParticipantdwight howard does seem to try too hard but he animated as hell. shaq is a damn comedian…lebron funny too. i remember when they were playing the bulls…the same game he was dancing like hell on the sidelines….the camera man was behind him..bruh turned around and made one of the funniest faces ever. i like nate robinson too. he reminds me of the black boy from role models and those psp commercials.

Meditated StatesParticipanthe is a straight shooter rather you like it or not. KG is a maniac swearing whiling out. Is a nut on the court and honest in interviews. No character there just real.

Counting StarsParticipantDoes anybody remember some of the great interviews Brent Barry did? The guy should look into stand up comedy now that he’s out of the NBA.

NarcParticipantIf we are going to talk about characters of all time….Charles Barkley has to top my list. Barkely has said some of the funniest things I have ever heard in my life. His and Kenny Smith’s commentary is the main reason I look forward to NBA All Star Saturday Night every year.

paint intruderParticipantSheed. He pretty much says everything that comes to his mind. And he’s right most of the time. 😀
And the old Shaq, who used to make these “Yo mama”-jokes, rap music and just making fun in an interview/press conference. xD0 - AuthorPosts
