aamir543ParticipantRemember who he got past to get to Haywood, Peja. Lebron didn’t even try to cross Peja.
(Note to Proud Grandpa: I am not disprespecting Peja!)

boxn1Participant2004 ECF Game 6 Pistons v. Pacers. Pistons clinging to a late lead, Prince imbounds the ball to a wide open Ben Wallace under the rim for a dunk that sealed the deal and sent the Pistons to the finals. The Big Ben gong never sounded sweeter

Malik-UniversalParticipanti have a few
chauncey’s near half court heave against the nets in 04, game 5 ECSF… i remember richard jefferson had blocked chauncey’s seemed to be wide open layup, and right then and there i said to myself, this is over. so the pistons fouled… after the 2 FT’s. pistons inbound the ball and chauncey gets the ball…. dribble dribble dribble…. shot…. and in my head i had a feeling that was going in… BANK!! i coulnt believe it! but we still lost in 3 overtimes, scalabrine had 16 pts that game
also the prince block on miller… i had watched up to the forth quarter or so in game 2, i had to go to bed… so i wake up and my mom says u missed tayshauns block, so i assumed they won, and they did… i didnt really think the block was gnna be that amazing… once i saw it on sportscenter i was like…WHAT??? lol, crazy…
also i really admired rondo’s game 4 against the cavs… that was inspiring… it didnt really hit me how well he played until after the game… i mean 18 rebounds for a 6’1” guard… wow

GrandmamaParticipantthat .04 with fisher is a great call, before that shot tim duncan hit one from the top of the key which everyone thought was the "game winner"
ill never forget 1 seed seattle losing to the 8th seeded nuggets in ’95, mutombo laying on the court screaming with the ball in his hands
jordans final shot as a bull over russell is another good one
lakers comeback in game 7 over the blazers back in 2000 i wanna say, shaq one handing that oop was ridiculous

llperezas a laker fan my 4 favorite moments are:
1: http://youtu.be/E3iV4aYvopM
true story. I was driving around iowa during this game with a kings fan sitting next to me and we finally found a hotel during the 4th quarter. I practically did the worm around the room after horry hit this shot. A few days later i got back home in socal and had about a million voice messages on my phone(no cell phone then) with one of my boys trying to get me to go to that game with him.
2: http://youtu.be/Mav2iBA1cwo
this is the dictionary defenition of the phrase "from highest of highs to lowest of lows" or vice versa depending on what team you were rooting for.
3: http://youtu.be/kWIXBdyPwjU
i hate the celtics. What made this even more fun was that bill simmons was at every game writing a live blog from courstide with his "witty" anti laker remarks and i got to read the sorrow in his posts after the game was over. It was glorious.
4: couldnt find the video on youtube for some reason but in 1995 the lakers played the spurs in the second round and with the lakers down 3 with seconds to go nick van exel dribbled down the court and drilled a game tying 3 to send it to othen in ot the lakers down 2 draw up a play to go to elden campbell down on the low block to tie the game in the final seconds. Elden misses vlade gets his hand on the ball and taps it out(funny thats the second time on this post vlade tapped out a rebound in the final seconds of a big game) and the ball went right to van exel who hit a 3 at the buzzer to win the game and he danced off the court telling the spurs to suck it (okay not really but i know he wanted to).

jaycee24Participant1. I gotta agree with my mans up there and say tayshauns block on reggie miller was incredible.
2. Chauncey hitting a half courter to put them in overtime against I believe the Nets. They wound up losing the game and series but won it all the next year. yess i’m a pistons fan.
3. Seeing Lebron lose to the Celtics…then seeing him lose to the Dallas Dirks the next year. Priceless.
4. AI stomping over Lue. Made me start wearin arm sleeves when I hooped lol
