Who will have a better year? (Including stats, win percentage, and playoff success)

Rajon Rondo or Derrick Rose?

I have to say Derrick Rose not by much at all though.Rose will average more points per game but probably not as many assists as Rondo becuase he’s less selfish. Rondo will probably have a better defensive year. The only thing that sets Rose forward to me is I think his team will do better. I think his team goes deeper in the playoffs and are scarier to the Heat than the Celtics are.

Rumors are D- Rose has a jumper now, I think he scores way more and shoots higher percentages from 2, 3 and free throw, but I think Rondo has more assists, steals and rebounds. I like the Bulls to have a better playoff run, but the C’s to win more in the regular season, the C’s a very good team no doubt, but with their age, I wonder how many of their players wear down or get hurt for the playoffs.

The Bulls can be a top 3 team in the East next year..If Deng stays healthy..
Deng has the talent to be 1 of the top 5 small forwards in the league..
But he seems to have settled for being good,not great..

The Bulls have argueably the best mid range post player in Boozer and the best mid range perimeter player in Deng. They have a good balance of penetration, post play, mid range jump shooters and 3 point threats. The way their team is built is very promising, I hope their chemistry is good and Thibedeau instils his tough defensive mentality.

Chicago may well depend on how much Thibedeau can improve them defensively as JoeWolf rightly points out, I see Rose having a better season but come play-offs I just edge in favour of Boston going a bit deeper if the likes of KG stay sound.

Im counting them out becuase I couldn’t believe what they did last year and I don’t see it happening again.

tuff choice there…….i think rose will have the better scoring year but other things will go to rondo…rose will give the young pg in streets wat they want in some flashy break ya ankles type plays so if u asked them this question they will say rose lol……..but all around id say rondo will have the better year he is underrated scorer also

Rose will have the better statistical year Rondo’s team will go deeper into the postseason probably the finals they know how to win playoff series and look for Chicago to lose in the second round they’re a young team both Rondo and Rose will be on the allstar team barring injury

Rose will have the better statistical year, roses team i believe will go farther in the playoffs because with there additions and roses growth i think they can shock some of the top teams in the east and rose has the ability to take over games and has the playoff performer gene that a lot of players lack and IMO he is more talented then everyone on the celtics and i think the celtics will fall off
