BasterdInABasketParticipantstraight up MIA recieves: Jarrett Jack
NO recieves: Mike Miller
Hornets get shooting and help on the wing. Miami gets a hardnosed backup PG that can D up. Chalmers gambles and gets a lot of stats on D but Jack can be a lockdown defender on opponents point guards. I basically think the guys is just a winner, even though he hasnt won much in the league hes been on some pretty pathetic teams to start his career. Would love to see my Bucks get this guy but I figured Id join in on the topic of the night. Thoughts?

flybobbyflyParticipantmiami doesnt need to make trades. they are going to win some championships. people just need to calm down. they are going to continue to pick up solid veterans and are going to be in the finals repeatedly over the next decade or so

ForTheWinParticipantPg is a need, but when Joel Anthony is your starting C then your truly in need of a big man.

BBall4life88ParticipantPeople are assuming that the Heat are still going to win championships, and I agree with DanEboy that’s it’s not a guarintee that the Heat win won.
There is a lot of good young talent coming up, and it’s not like Boston and LA are going to fade away quietly, and Chicago might just be a good SG away from beating the Heat this year, and Orlando will always be in contention in the East as long as they have Howard.
By no means is it a guarintee that the Heat win a championship, let alone multiple championships.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI don’t get it… they lost in the NBA Finals. Not in the first round, not in the second round, not even in the conference finals.
Did anybody watch games 1-4? If Miami’s defense tightened up and LeBron or Wade closed out the game, Miami would have had an EASY sweep of the series.
Talk about short term memory..
