The draft is four days away and I have not seen any coverage at all from them about the draft. I don’t watch much TV but when I watch SC I haven’t seen them talk about the draft.

I agree. I do expect things to heat up later though.

They have a monster draft show I believe tomorrow.

If you have the NBATV station, they have the full breakdown of each team tonight. Right now? There showing the 1995 draft. Hubie Brown and Rick Pitino on commentary.

Yeah I’m watching the 95 draft replay. Rick Pitino seemed like he was going to pull down his pants and beat off everytime they mentioned Corliss Williamson’s name. LOL. Talk about a man crush……

LOL ESPN shows the NBA Draft no love until the actual day, and the day before, lmao

Its funny because they have full on coverage of the NFL draft almost like 2 months before…

I’ve been wondering the exact same thing. If it’s the NFL Draft, they’ll talk about it months before the the actual date.

NBATV is going to have a draft show every night at 8:00 until the draft.

LOL, Iggy, thats pretty cool that they replay old drafts like that, I remember there being a lot of questions about Garnett coming out of high school in that draft. What was Hubie and Pitino’s initial reaction when he was taken at #5?

They were mostly talking about his potential, and how he was a 19 year old who was Mr. Basketball in 2 different states. They didn’t mention any bad, but they didn’t call him a future H.O.F’er either.

its a known fact that espn cares more about the nfl than the nba. nfl live is a year long program while nba fastbreak (which btw sucks) is only there for the season.

TNT needs to get the draft coverage back. Every part of ESPN’s NBA coverage sucks from the draft to their broadcasters (outside of Hubie, who needs to go back to TNT).

Wait…if ESPN talks about the draft…where would they find the time to talk about Lebron and his many adventures?

So many roster spots available. NBA is best of the best no fill ins. Not many guys ever make the NBA. Everyone on here knows or played against someone they were certain was the truth and they never made it to the NBA. Hardest sport in the world to go pro in and that is a fact.
