I thought of something this would make a lot of sense, since the Wizards have the first pick and John Wall is the likely first pick,n since the Sixer have the 2nd and Turner is most likely there pick, why don't the Wizards trade Gilbert for Iggy, that way since the Sixer need a player to really hold there scoring load Gilbert could come in be there takeover player with Evan Turner as the 2 guard helping him put up points and distribute then Wall and Iggy could play together because Wall is gonna score and pass while Iggy does a lot of everything and isn't ball dominant at all would make sense for both teams since everyone seems to be rebuilding
We'd keep Iggy ...we wouldn't trade him him for anything less than 2 lotto picks(T'Wolves) or a starting C(Blazers) Iggy for Camby and picks or Iggy to Wolves for 4th and 16th
Yeah that would help but then who would score? Honestly I like Iggy,he is soooo underrated but hes just not around the right players.
you would actually trade Iggy to the Blazers for an aging center and a draft pick? I would do that.
YEa B.Roy and IGgy on the same team would lead to a conference finals appearance
Sammy is buy buy next year and a few draft picks from the Blazers help stack us this year and next in the draft...the Sixers should take a Portland approach approach and try to make a draft day trade that shakes up the team...maybe the 2nd pick to the Wolves for the 4th and 16th ...Iggy to the Blazers for Camby/Fernandez and a pick...3 first rounders(4/16/22) and a starting defensive Center like Camby would put this team on right track...
I'm torn on who to get at 4...Cousins or Favors(Maybe trade the pick and L.Williams for OJ mayo and 12th pick) then Holiday/Mayo would be back court we draft Henry at 12 and Whiteside at 16 and Babbit at 22...Mayo/Camby/Fernandez/Henry/Babbit and Whiteside by trading Iggy to portland for Camby/Rudy and 22nd pick and trading the 2nd pick to Twolves for 4th and 16th..and then trading 4th pick to Grizzles for OJ and 12th pick...
I think that that would be a good trade for both teams because now that the Wizards have a future franchise PG in John Wall and SF a position of need, they can trade for Iggy and he would fill that position of uncertainty. For Philadelphia, now that they have Turner and can play him at the 2 or three, they don't need Iggy anymore and would get Arenas and would have one of the best backcourts in the East with Holiday and Arenas.
Never thought about that, you could start Holiday he is a good pass first player
