Looking at tha mock draft it seems to have them drafting Jordan Hil if they get tha #2 pick…….. Me Living n tha D.C. area i watch alot of Wizards games and i think if they end up taking Hill with that pick, they have to be absolutley DUMB, their will will be way more proven players on tha board left, they HAVE to consider taking Rubio with that pick, Gilbert is injury prone and will need a yung capable back up. wat r ur opinions?

In my opinion, “DUM” is actualy spelled d-u-m-b. And they won’t take Hill. I think their best option would be to trade down and get healthy. Maybe draft teague or another tweener to back up gil and play a lil 2 guard

If Rubio declared for NBA DRAFT they maybe pick him. We don’t know what pick Wizards have been. NO 2 in my opinion is too high for any PG in the draft.
    Sorry for my english

Everyone knows this, even their fans, they just won’t admit it.

yeah right….. why would the wizards waste a pick on hill or thabeet for that matter. They should draft either Rubio, griffin or trade down for someone and get rid of jamison in the process, so they could have more salary cap flexibility. Jamison may be a consistenet 20-10 guy, but he is a serious defensive liability due to his lack of muscle and is very intruiging to teams that need a good low post scorer such as the cavs or the thunder. I personally think the Wizards should have traded Jamison at the trade deadline because A LOT of teams wanted him.

I say they should draft Rubio if he enters, because thats a franchise type player and he probably wouldn’t have to be a back-up because Gil has the ability to run the 2. Then you got Caron, Antwan, and McGee holding down the other spots, that sounds like a pretty darn good team to me IMO.

The wizards just gave Arenas over $100 million dollars over many years. Its literally financial suicide to draft another PG. They will take the best big option.

Brendan Haywood is not all that great of a center but they were a different team with him back. It will take some time for McGee and Blache to get on point so if i was team I would trade down and try to pic up a tough big body. If they can work a trade of a few of their player for a veteran then that would be the best move. They have some quality players at the 1 and the 2 and Caron butler at the 3 is not going anywhere. They may need to trade Jamison and get a tougher 4. Haywood and Mcgee should be able to main the 5 position. I do hope people don’t sleep on Critterton. He will a beast at the point spot when given opportunity.

Gilbert wants the ball in his hands at all times so playing the 2 won’t be his preference and he just about owns this team, unfortunately. They’ll prob pick Thabeet and pay luxury tax because they think they need their big three to get back into the playoffs. They may package some of their bench players with the pick to get a great veteran. I’d like to see them get Amare but I’m just wishing. OKC has a ton of money and multiple picks if they were trying to get Chandler then why not Thabeet. Wiz r like 6 mil over the cap with the players they have next year if what I read was correct. I think there will be some steals late in the first and early second. To bad I don’t work in the front office.

I just don’t see why you would pass on a potential superstar in Rubio no matter who you have on the roster. I guess that’s just my philosophy, draft the best available player.
