JzNYLAParticipantI guess its an ok trade since they also have Danillo as a SF in their lineup

Michael.S.Participanthave Q-Rich and Danilo but they better make the right pick cuz theyre givin up a great young player

lilbags23511Participanti think to make it a done deal you gotta add mobleys contract…..but a lineup for arenas chandler butler jamison haywood/mcgee is deff a play off team…….the knicks would probably get jordan hill and curry…..hill is an athletic power forward that would be great in our system..same with curry……if they get a play like danny green they would get an A plus draft to me

RemarqParticipantIf they can pull off two top 8 picks it’s a good deal. I hate to see him go so quickly though.

lilbags23511Participantthere trading lee lol…..if they dont get him they are screwed
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 7:04am #169615
RickyRubio9Participanta smart move, he’s good, but Danillo is impressive. I think they are doing the right thing by trying to bring in some more young talent. They can use the 5th pick to get Hill because I believe one of those Point Guard will fall to the eight spot, by those I mean Teague, Jennings, or Flynn. Maybe Curry, but I don’t think they should take him.

CHRIS3035Participantso you would be ok with us taking teague in the 8th spot but dont think we should take curry…yeah ok, this move would be horrible…had chandler stayed in college and come out in this draft he would easily be the number 2 pick…and he will be a better pro than gallo

lilbags23511Participantthey should get curry easy……curry isnt working out for the warriors or t’wolves….which means he doesnt want to go there so he falls in to the knicks lap at 8 and hill at 5
0- Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 9:04am #169696
BBfanParticipantCurry could go as high as 3, there are teams that will trade up for him he’s not falling to 8.

lilbags23511Participantnoo hill and curry has the 5th and 8th pick…..teague is not worthy of a top ten pick…..gallo is only 20…..u cant say anything yet about the 2……..we will need to trade chandler to get jordan hill……cause lee will be gone and we will have noooo big guys
0- Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 8:36am #169675
CHRIS3035Participantcurry yes i would take but we need to trade chandler to get hill???that is one of the dumbist things i have ever heard…ok lets trade the only guy who plays d, runs and can shoot a perfect fit in mike d system for the next channing frye…and all you lee haters are RETARTED…the freaking guy lead the league in double doubles…yes he had more double doubles than d howard…he does have a offensive game and did develop a mid range jumper…stop hating he is a beast

Knicksboy34ParticipantI like Wilson Chandler alot…he has like this classic style about him…kinda like Gerald Wilkins when he played for us….
But, I would do this deal in a heartbeat. Gives us the 5th and 8th pick…I’m surprised noone said move one of those pick to add a 2010 pick…th

CHRIS3035Participantno question who the better pro will be…chandler is more athletic, tougher, more dynamic player…gallo???i dont get all the love, i wish we got westbrook gordan or even bayless instead

Knicksboy34ParticipantI think Gallo will be good. He could be like Deltm Shrpem (sorry i butchered his name) i think he could be like a 17ppg-9rpg like guy.
But if we add Hill we should play him at the 5 and Gallo at the 4. They want Hill as a shot-blocker….
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 8:55am #169691
piratejpParticipantDetlef Schrempf is the name you were looking for.
Normally I wouldn’t post just a name like this, but you truly did butcher it. 🙂

Knicksboy34Participantim sorry. But yea. I saw a couple of Dino games over in Euro. He was good he had Dirk like ability but he could do more passing wise and he was a solid rebounder.

lilbags23511Participantfirst off…..we need to trade chandler for the 5th and take hill or curry…either one cause both of them can easily fall to the 8th spot…….we are trading away lee…..we need a big guy and hill can be it…..what are we gonna do if we trade away Lee..we will have no rebounding….hill can provide that and more shot blocking…..no way hes the next frye..frye tries to shoot 3’s hill is a banger down low
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 10:47am #169764
OldSkoolBasketballParticipantTrading Chandler for the 5th pick? No way Washington shouldn’t take this deal unless they get the 8th pick in return.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 1:42pm #169859
knicksfreakParticipantI hate this. We’re losing our best 2 players in Lee and Chandler for unproven players. Gallinari and Chandler are 2 different players that compliment eachother. Chandler is a solid defender, good athlete and slasher. Gallo is a very smart player that is an assassin from 3 especially in crunch time. When the Knicks are in the playoffs he will be a major asset in closing games out.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 1:47pm #169862
Knicksboy34ParticipantI think its not bad. The Knicks need a major facelift. Adding the 5th and 8th pick could improve us. Lee we will miss and Chandler is developing into something good. But, we need to improve and I trust Walsh.
Also, 2010. We will have the upper-hand.

knicksfreakParticipantI’m sick of trading our home grown talent. What am I going to do with my custom-made Chandler jersey?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 1:58pm #169867
Knicksboy34Participantsorry dude. Knicksfreak…as a fan. Who do you think we get from 2010?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:02pm #169870
knicksfreakParticipantOnly Amare. Maybe Johnson. I like Amare over Bosh and he’s dying to come here. Lebron doesnt want to be hated in his beloved hometown. Wade wont come. Alot of good free agents in 2011 but most of them will probably sign extensions.
I want to target Aldridge in 2010.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:04pm #169871
Knicksboy34ParticipantI think we get Rudy Gay and Amare Stoudemire in 2010 and if we look good…Maybe Durant in 2011?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:07pm #169875
knicksfreakParticipantI think Chandler is almost as good as Gay. Gay is overrated. Durant is hard to predict but I think he signs an extension.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:11pm #169879
Knicksboy34ParticipantGay is not overrated. I think he’s a player who people hyped up coming into the L but was shocked he did not average 30ppg yet. He could be a good player still. I think he could be like a Ron Artest like player
I dont know. I think Durant will look around in FA. NY still could get him, Melo or Paul in 2011.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:15pm #169883
knicksfreakParticipantGay will never be an all-star like people say. He puts up numbers on a bad team. I think he’s similar to Ariza.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 2:23pm #169887
Knicksboy34Participanti think he could be a all-star.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 3:29pm #169955
ckessler33Participantwhy would u trade the 5th pick for wilson, why?, I fail to understand
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 4:28pm #170003
OldSkoolBasketballParticipantYou won’t get aldridge. Were signing him an extension along with Roy soon.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 4:32pm #170008
Knicksboy34ParticipantMaybe we will….he wont win a title in the west…time for him to come east..get paid big money to be our #2 option…next to LBJ
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/21/2009 - 6:30pm #170129
OldSkoolBasketballParticipantWe have a brighter future than NY. Apparently in a few years its us versus whatever team Lebron is on in the finals. Which could be NY and that would be interesting. Rose Garden vs. Madison Square Garden.
