I like Will Bynums penetration I think he could really succeed in Detroit if the Pistons decide to keep the three big lineup to a minimum like it’s sounded SVG will try to this Offseason. I can see a lineup of Bynum Meeks Singler Smith and Drummond being a really smooth balanced offense with alot of ball movement and spacing and attacking. Drummond would have a ton of weak side Alley oops and offensive rebound opportunities. I also think they’d ton of versatility on both ends. I think he could play effective bball with KCP Butler Monroe and Drummond as well or maybe in a backcourt with Augustine or Jennings. Not saying he’s their starter but I hope he gets 15 min a game minimum next year I think he looks really good and fits really well with Detroit this season.

prophetmeirParticipantFor somereason I really hate how this team is set up. There PF is suspect their big men are good but each of them take away from others games. Meeks is good but for what he is paid is horrible. Brandon jennings has a superstar mindset but not even a star at all. Hes small takes horrible shots and his backup augustine is even smaller. I just hate this team

jaycee24ParticipantOK I want to thank prophet Meir for bringing up all of those points. Firstly I disagree either Monroe or Smith take away from Drummond. Sure they may not be perfect fits however they both have scoring ability when asked to score in ways they’re comfortable. Josh Smith and Greg Monroe both need to play strictly at the 4 next season unless they’re on the floor together in which case Monroe would be the 5. If either one of those guys can play at the 4 next to a traditional SF I think Detroit can have a really good offensive chemistry next season. Detroit has 2 in Butler and Singler and I hope Luigi Daytime can hit shots next year. Detroit could have Jerebko out there with Smith and either Drummond at center letting Jerebko and Smith essentially swap positions on each end of the court. Detroit has a boat load of options rotation wise and they have the perfect coach to manage them. As for Jennings I think he’s limited when you ask him to be your #1option which both Milwaukee and Detroit forced just because their personell required him to as the main ball handler. He really can play off of the threat of other players which what he does best whether he makes a clever move and scores or makes a heady pass but That’s hard to do with zero shooting around you to give him at least a little space to drive (or any Piston for that matter) . I think Detroit could set Singler in a corner cutting and spotting up with Smith on the wing/high post elbow area ready to drive the ball aggressively when the D collapses. Have either KCP or Meeks on the other wing with Drummond on the same block maybe running off screens or some ISO action with movement on the other side. Drummond coming up for P & Rolls with all of those potential options at his expense… Jennings could very well have a career year and I think the Pistons are set up the best they possibly could of been in 1 Offseason for SVG. It’s up to the Pistons to buy in play as a team play team defense and focus on winning first no matter how the rotation looks. On a side note look out for KCP next year if he can provide a consistent offensive threat and still play solid D he could make a jump in production this season.

prophetmeirParticipantIf Kyle is able to be consistant than this team would be so much better. He should be looking at parsons and haywood for motivation on how much he could possibly make in the future
