 Yeah , I thought Will would have been a first rounder. I really like his heart and game. Needs a little weight but this guy has some skills. Coming out of high school he was a top 5 guy so it’s no surprise to me that he is in the league. I hope he gets a chance to shine. It says alot when a second round draft pick not only gets a contract but gets one as fast as he did. It may take a minute for him to find his way, but he will.

 this guy will be a menace when he puts on the right amount of weight.

he’s so versatile, gonna be a monster on the break with his outstanding stamina, passing, handles, and ability to read open lane and finish strong thru contact despite the weight issues

if i was asked who has the best chance at making the an all star game from the second round he would certainly be it.

give him 2, 3 years, and he will be good.

I like the fit for him. He is now on a team with youth, finesse, and athleticism.
Will Barton will come in as a rotation guy with Damian Lillard and Wes Mathews,
Batum at the 3 and Aldridge and Myers Leonard up front.

If that team is shooting well I think they can play with anyone. They could be one of those teams that
competes for the last two Western playoff spots.

Great fit for Will as a 7th or 8th man who I can see being their sixth man by the end of the season.

The Blazers need a shooter, and I wonder if Jon Diebler will be coming over this year.
