ShekiruBoomParticipantagree lolol. no point in having him shoot in if the defense can’t focus on one guy anyways..

McWinningParticipantI find it funny that the Heat have as many losses as the Cavs.

WizardofOzParticipantI agree. Eddie House really shouldn’t be shooting the ball unless LeBron or Wade is driving and they kick it out to him. LeBron or Wade should always have the ball in crunch time, especially on the last play of the game.

IndianaBasketballParticipantThere was only .4 seconds left though.
I can’t remember exactly but I think House might of been the third option on that play.

kanyedabestParticipantspolestra needs to go…. unaccpetable to blow a lead like that, he inherited a dynasty and proved his critics right that he is no where near ready for this job, i realize it 8 games in but its unacceptable for a team w/ this loaded of a roster

doubledribblerParticipantI didn’t watch the game, but I saw the replays. There was on .4 seconds left. When the inbounder was going through their progression they were looking for Wade and Lebron, but you only have 5 seconds to inbound and House got free. Don’t blame it all on the coach. The players need to take some accountability. I mean that last shot in regulation by Milsapp should have never happened. I know there were at least two guys that did not have a body on anyone. They were just staring at the ball. No wonder Bosh isn’t getting any rebounds. If there is any rebound that you want to show some enthusiam about it’s probably that one. Coach can’t block out for you. That’s stuff they should have learned in middle school.
As far as this Miami team goes, why am I hearing the words Dynasty and great with them? They haven’t won anything. The current team has been together for just a handful of games. Sure they have Lebron and Wade, but two players don’t make a team. They have no inside prescence on either end of the court, tons of aging players. They have a few guys that I don’t think have a place in the league except maybe coaching. They will get better, but people act like this is one of those MJ led Bulls teams getting knocked around.

Chicago1980ParticipantIt’s always the coaches fault even when its not the coaches fault players dont want to take responsibility for their actions so they blame it o the coach. Also I think E. Spolestra is way over his head I dont think he can coach this team he is a C caliber coach on a A caliber team he should be coaching a team like the clippers or sacramento not the Miami Heat they have too much talent to be blowing a lead like that.

Jlv2010when they’re team is at a mediocre 5-3. Ya, its spoelstra. he’s the reason the team chooses to turn it on and off whenever they like.

llperezthere was .4 seconds left and house was just the open man. Kinda hard to pin that play on spoelstra.

mikeyvthedonParticipantWith .4 seconds left, it was pretty much impossible for Wade or LeBron to get a decent shot off from an inbound from the sideline. Eddie House was as close to open as could be, which is why I did not think it was that bad a play. The key of course would be to have never been in that situation in the first place, which was why that play where Wade went 1 on 4 trying to draw the foul really confused me. I am not letting Spoelstra off the hook, or saying Wade screwed up, as he played really well, but the Heat as a collective unit just did not take the advantages given to them and kind of fell apart. But shots with .4 just mean that getting your superstar the ball is going to be incredibly difficult. If there was more than one second on the clock, than I would question what the hell Spoelsta was doing.
