Where these recruits go and why

Shabazz Muhammad: Kentucky (He fits Cal's system really well and UCLA's bad play has put them out of it. Duke's looking good right now but I think Kentucky ends up with him)

Tony Parker: Ohio State (Duke used to be the favorite but it's now looking like OSU is the team to beat)

Anthony Bennett: No idea (Any guesses please. Maybe Kentucky or UCONN? Also, he may be academically ineligible which may be a problem for whoever gets him)

Jabari Parker: Duke (Just seems like a Duke kid. Also the Chicago-Duke connection helps. BYU could be it though because he's Mormon)

Nerlens Noel: Kentucky (Really high on Kentucky right now and Cal's putting on the full court press for him. When he does this, he usually gets who he's after)

Julius Randle: Duke (Kentucky is a possibility but I see him joining up with the top player in the nation, Jabari Parker, and one of his best friends, Matt Jones, at Duke. Jeff Capel has been recruiting him the longest of any coach and he's also at Duke now)

The Harrison brothers: Kentucky (Their a package deal and both love the Cats)

Chris Walker: Kentucky (This guy has delayed his decision waiting for a Kentucky offer. I'm curious as to why he hasn't gotten one yet, but if he does get one he definitely commiting. He #5 in ESPN's junior class)

Feel free to add. Also, last time I did this, I had Shabazz going to UCLA and Bennet a lock for Kentucky. I would like to applaud them on their perfect poker faces. Especially Bennett.

Sorry a lot of these are Duke

Sorry a lot of these are Duke and Kentucky recruits but that seems like where a lot of the top uncommited recruits want to go right now. Please add to the list if you are a fan of another school or have another opinion.

I agree

I agree with most of the commitments, I do think Shabazz and Noel ends up at Kentucky and that Parker and Randle go to Duke. For Parker i think its going to come down to Duke and Ohio St. but i think in the end it will be Ohio St. bc of the comments he has said lately. I think Bennett ends up at UConn. I think the Harrison Twins are going to end up at Texas but it is strong possibility that it could be Kentucky, but i think they stay in-state at Texas and Walker will end up at Florida.

Any other guys you think could end up somewhere post it

2012 Amile Jefferson- NC

2012
Amile Jefferson- NC State(still a possibility of Kentucky but i think he joins Purvis, Warren and Lewis at NC St.)
Devonta Pollard- Kentucky(Has always been a Kentucky guy)
Ricardo Gathers- Duke(used to be St. Johns but wants to go to a consistent winner)
Winston Shephard- Oklahoma St.
Savon Goodman- Villanova(a PA guy staying in PA)
Torian Graham- Kentucky( committed to NC State then a few hour laters decommitted, sounds like the Terrence Jones situation, so im guessing he got a call from Coach Cal)
Nino Jackson- Kansas(was always Kansas and still is)

UCLA will get Shabazz

http://www.bruinsball.com/content/sources-221/

Dukes not even in it anymore. Plus his connections with his best friend Kyle Anderson, and AAU teammate Norman Powell will bring him here. Also he supports Adidas which is what UCLA wears. I also think having an average team might not be the reason he wouldn't come. Plenty of recruits, such as Harrison Barnes, go to schools who were at the time struggling to try and turn the tide and help rebuild a national powerhouse.

He definitely doesn't seem

He definitely doesn't seem like he's going to UCLA in this interview (which was this week). It seems like Duke and Kentucky are his favorites with Kentucky maybe ahead. He's visiting Duke when they play UNC though so anything can happen. I just don't see him going to UCLA after his recent comments.

Don't know where you're

Don't know where you're getting "Duke is not even in it anymore", since as of right now Duke appears to be ahead of UCLA in this race.

However, this kid just seems like a UK kid. The only way he goes to Duke IMO is if Rivers leaves for the NBA.
