OldSkoolBasketballParticipantSeems like Houston is trading their starting lineup so where do you see these guys end up?

SwatLakeCityParticipantI’m hoping Martin ends up in Utah. I really like him pairing next Gordon Hayward, and now with Mo Williams back, should be an exciting, hot shooting backcourt. I’m thinking Utah could offer Devin Harris or Al Jefferson or maybe both and get someone else as well to make up the salary difference. Maybe a multiple team trade will be in the works.
The Jazz could use a starting 3 or a starting 2 that can shoot the 3 well. Other players I’m looking at are Andre Igoudala (not for his shooting but for his passing), OJ Mayo, Danny Granger, Rudy Gay, and Jeff Green

sheltwon3ParticipantLowry is starting over both Devin Harris and Mo Williams.
Harris I can see but not Mo Wiliams.

sheltwon3ParticipantMinny, Phoenix,Portland(maybe),andUtah
These are the only team that have enough money or pieces to do this and it makes sense because they either don’t have a sg or may consider an upgrade.
Martin for Jefferson makes a lot of sense. I doubt Lowry would be include since Utah has both Harris and Mo Williams.
Minny needs a shooting guard but Houston would have take on one of their bad contracts like Barea Barea which is longer but about the same amout.
Phoenix needs a starting two but Martin may be too pricey
Portland may want to add more shooting to their backcourt and move Mathews for Martin.

sheltwon3ParticipantScola
Cavs,Detroit,Orlando,Philly
Scola may be hard to move because most teams have power forwards and his contract is not friendly enough that they believe he is a better deal for production.
Lowry could go almost anywhere because of his low contract price.
I would lover to see Lakers get Lowry but who knows.

Sharp ShooterParticipantWhy would detroit take scola when we have Drummond, Monroe, Jerebko and even CV (for now) and Maxiell??

sheltwon3ParticipantSharp shooter. I never said that they would do it. I said that they could do and also you forget they have some contracts like Charlie V that they would like to move. Scola would at least give them someone coming off the bench that can produce and Drummonds is a rookie. This way you don’t force him to develop fast.
I also said Scola was hard to move for the reason that almost every teams has a starting power forward that is decent to good and paying 10 mil or more for a bk is not wise.
