My home team is the Jazz, but i have always loved the spurs, they win the right way, and their entire orginization are basketball geniuses. Plus i met pop when i was like 10 and he was a stand up dude.

ny knicks have been and always will be my team. ive seen that team in its worse years (and that was ugly) but i stuck with them, and now the time is here for them to do damage. im excited. but if i had to pick another team, id say i dont mind the golden state warriors.

Besides the Wizards, I like the Lakers. Kobe Bryant is one of my favorite players, and my brother is a HUGE Lakers fan, so he’s influenced me to make the Lakers on of my favorite teams.

Bucks fan first, but I love watching the heat, especially with Wade since his Marquette days and yes I’m still a Lebron fan. I like to pull for Portland and Denver, especially since the Melo trade, in the west.

These are the teams I like:
Portland Trail Blazers: Family there, went to school at U of O and lived in Portland for a while. So, I still rep the Blazers.
Toronto Raptors: I was born and raised here, and had season tickets in the early years. Favorite Raptor of All-Time is probably Damon Stoudamire, his first two and a half seasons, he was incredibly fun to watch for the Raps.
LA Lakers: Love the franchise history, and I have cheered for them for a number of years. I actually liked the Lakers before I finally succumbed to liking the Blazers (as a sometimes contrarian, these things happen). Still, I know many in Portland have an utter disdain for this team, but I am not one of them. Probably root for the Blazers more than the Lakers, but they are fairly even. My brother lives in LA as well, so there is a connection.
Miami Heat: I too root for players usually more than I root for teams, and my favorite player is LeBron James. Have been a fan of his, as a basketball player, since the first time I saw him play in HS and I still am. Was also a major Shaquille O’Neal fan and followed Shaq around the league for years, finally deciding he had gone too far when he went to Boston, a team I felt I could not cheer for. But, I was a major supporter of the Heat’s 2006 Championship Team, and also a major fan of Dwyane Wade. I do not think there is a player out there right now who inspires me more than Dwyane, he just makes me want to go and play basketball after I watch him.
So, there you have it, those are my teams. If I had to pick one, it would be the Blazers, but I am glad that I have a few teams I can follow, two in the East, two in the West.

Besides my home team Wizards, i have always loved the Spurs…
I live in the Annapolis area and met David Robinson when i was 2 years old while he was at the Naval Academy…
Also i got Tim Duncan and Steve Smith’s autographs at a Wizards game which was awesome (even tho i had been a fan for years before)
They do it the right way and are probably one of the best organizations in sports…more than i can say for my Wizards…although there is some light at the end of the tunnel for the wiz

Other than my Warroiors… I have always rooted for the mavs, and when I was really young, I always used to root for the Lakers, then as I matured I stopped becoming a bandwagon fan, but when one of my favorite players(Pau Gasol) got traded I have rooted for them. I also rooted for the Heat when they had Shaq, but the Warriors have always been my clear number 1.

My hometown team is the Suns and they will always be my favorite team no matter what, but besides them, I like Boston teams a lot so its gotta be the Celtics. Rondo was originally a phoenix sun and I respect Pierce and KG (even though he smashed channing fryes nutsack) and Ray Allen I knew personally a few years back.

born and raised in toronto… but my favourite team has always been the knicks (i even had the ewing shoes as a kid)….. but for some reason i cant explain ive always had a lot of love for the trailblazers and the warrior (monta ellis is my favourite player)
